I have gone there three times to place a cake order. The bakery lady is either at lunch on break or at home sick. They also never answer the phone.

I called in to place an order and was told they had too many orders and couldn’t make me a cake. I was shocked and asked if they could simply write happy birthday on a premade cake they had and the girl told me they couldn’t. We both just kind of sat there on the phone…I’ve never had a bakery tell me they couldn’t make a cake…that’s what they do. I said well okay then and called HEB where they gladly took my order.
