The Dollar General in Stockdale is the only store in the area, offering loads of food and other items not readily available nearby. Reviews note the staff is often very friendly, pleasant, and helpful with finding items and suggesting sales. However, experiences vary, with some customers finding some staff rude or slow. The store can get super busy and often has only one register open. While there is plenty of stock, the medicine aisle is never fully stocked and merchandise is frequently left on carts or the floor, leading to calls for better organization and more dedicated stocking staff.
If ya have to go here, ya have to. I walked out because they only had one person working and they were not at the cashier for 5 minutes, so I put down my stuff and left.

As with any Dollar General in the area, it's super crowded in there. The shelves are very close together but they do have some one-off things that you can only get at Dollar General or they have a lot of things that are usually on sale.
