“Passing through on an unplanned detour. This all has to do with their biscuits. Actually camped the night at the Stratford rodeo grounds down the street. Stopped at this Pilot to fuel up. Went inside for a coffee since it was about 5:30am. Near the check out they had a variety of breakfast items in hot streamer trays. Which they served into a white styrofoam "to go" box. I ordered the biscuits and gravy with a side of scrambled eggs. The young man that served it up asked if I wanted one biscuit or two. Looking at the size of the biscuits I said one. He said are you sure? The price is the same. I still went with one. I went out to my van to enjoy my breakfast and coffee. I don't know where they get their biscuits. They taste homemade. The gravy was excellent too. I regret not getting that second biscuit. LOL Back home in Las Vegas, Nevada I joked with my wife. Someday we are driving there just for Biscuits. At a truck stop no less.”
