Less is a sweetheart! Give this girl a raise! Even though there was no restroom and no water she was very helpful and accommodating! Best pilot around!! Even with no water great customer service! Thank you so much for all the help Lesa!

Small but clean store. Parking enforced which is great for late night planning. Food was ready even after 10pm and they have a PJ fresh here. Lot is tight but workable and has a good one way flow.

On August 25 my foot and ankle were trapped under a car wheel in the parking lot. The Pilot.workers and patrons rushed to provide assistance and to call 911. I feel everyone working that day be commended for their fast action. I will think of you often.

From Arizona to Iowa and back, Carlos at Stratford Texas Pilot, has kept the cleanest restroom I went into. He should be given lots of praise for his cleanliness and work ethic. Thank you Carlos for having a clean place for me to use on my loooong journey....

Very very very bad costumer service, the guy racially profiled me and tried to kick me out, first Pilot travel center treated me like that, I didn’t even fill up diesel for my truck anymore, hope they find better employees.

5 stars for Ms. Karla
I had several transactions to make, which usually takes forever. She was very informative and efficient. Got everything knocked out in minutes. She provided solutions for all of my issues.
This truck stop is great as long as there is people like Karla is around.
