Was recommended to this shop cause supposedly they were ‘’HONEST’’ and it turned out to be nothing but lies. They diagnosed my pick up and gave me a diagnostic on it stating I needed all these parts installed because they ‘’checked them’’ and they checked out bad. All the parts they mentioned were less than a month new and I knew this and told them, the man upfront with the funny eyes told me that he doesn’t know but the mechanic said they need to be changed and couldn’t explain why. They preceded to give me my bill and I payed and quoted me for repairs. Since they didn’t have knowledge of why new parts were supposedly bad I took it elsewhere and the guy connected his scan tool, opened the hood, and showed me two unplugged connectors, he connected them back and cleared my light and my pick up has all its power back. I can’t imagine how many other people have been getting robbed by their fake diagnostics. That is not a way to make money. Don’t get robbed by these guys people they had my truck a couple days so there is no excuse why they gave a fake diagnostic.

I talked about buying a built trans from Brett and after him getting my truck he discovered my trans was in good shape and just needed a new valve body. He could have sold me a trans but we did his valve body, coolant bypass, and bumped line pressure up. Truck runs amazing. But most importantly I feel he has been one of the best and honest mechanics I’ve used. He took the time to explain what was going on.I have since took it back and had him do the fleece turbo, intake elbow, and grid heater delete. More than happy with his work.I don’t live super close but it was well worth the drive.Service: Auto maintenance

I am very disappointed with how today was handled, I drove an hour away to come to them for help,with my truck not acting right....after calling and speaking to them on the phone and verifying that it was okay to bring my truck in for a diagnosis...they turned away with no help at all!! The owner of the shop wouldn't even talk to me, he had a shop hand turn me away very very un happy with the services that weren't even given to me...bad start!
