Went to this store in First Colony and the cashier didn’t put everything I paid for in this big bag. How you not put 3 tshirts in the bag with 2 pants and a sweater.. the bag was beyond big enough! It may have been because she wasn’t paying attention but worried about why her coworker was just coming from break! This is ridiculous!! This was part of a Christmas gift. How no shirts to put on but jeans and a sweater!! I’m beyond pissed and I did not check until I made it home which was a whole hr away!!! Then… they were closed!!!!!😡😡

I had the best experience here. The staff are such kind spirits. I especially loved Lashaunda who was my angel here. She made me feel so welcome and at peace She helped me every step of the way, and never made me feel like I needed to rush. I will definitely be getting more clothes from here because ! love the people and the prices. It's perfect for a college student like me.

Lashuanda AND Kimberly were the absolute BEST! They were both so sweet and attentive! We were helped from the moment we walked in to the store until we walked out! Outstanding customer service and care! Its been a while since I’ve had great customer service at the mall especially it being so busy due to back to school shopping. These girls deserve a RAISE ?? Thank you again ladies!!

Took my niece and nephew here so that my niece could see what she wants. As we stepped inside, this one girl at the front was eyeing us like a hawk, like we would steal something, smh. So I told my niece to leave as I refused to spend my money on this kind of store and employee.

Do not shop online with PayPal! They don't take the returns back at the store! And it takes up to 30 days, after they receive your return, to give you a refund. The worst customer experience ever! I will never shop there again!! Get with it Aero, other stores make taking returns back that are paid with PayPal Easy, by going to the store. To much work to return something and 30+ days is ridiculous to get your money back.
