The store never has anything good. I was asking for the price of a shoe and the women who worked there today was kind of passive agressive. Asked about the price of the shoes and she replied that all of the prices were on there like all the other shoes. Ok blonde women, you need another job. You screamed over a group of kids to talk to the cashier and the store is as small as a closet. This women did not have a welcoming tone in the store and scared the customers away. She is a mood killer and is a bad representation of the store

All they care is about selling and not the customer! I was looking for a 9.5 and they didn’t have my size. The lady gave me a 10 and said it will fit good since it had a strap to support and my feet don’t come out when walking. Shoes were to big that hurt my feet really bad. Also they will throw some shoe sponge WITHOUT asking you! $7 for a pair of those thin sponges. Smh NEVER AGAIN BUYING HERE

I was incensed today when the cashier told me they don't issue bags anymore and if I wanted a bag I could buy one for $.90. When I objected he spat out that he didn't make the rules and then started singing and dancing, no care at all for the customer inconvenience. I think it is shifty customer service on the part of Aldo to not provide bags to paying customers. I won't ever shop there again!!!!!

Took my son into this location to get his first pair of Aldo's there were 3 ladies working none had the customer service mood that day. Every shoe my son wanted either wasn't available or only online. One pair caught his eye and yes they had it. He left happy that's what mattered the most.

Just like every mall they have big stores and they have small stores that you may have not heard of. It's a small space, but the food court is great they have tons of selection to choose from.

People walk around in the mall because it's Air conditioned. Everything is way overpriced. Commercial rent is expensive, merchants want their customers to foot the bill.

I can not recommend Apple or this store. Was told Apple had a fixed fee for batter replacement of $199 and that I would get a document clearly outlining that the battery had been replaced. After turning the computer in for repair they advised me the Logic board needed replacement (the computer worked fine when it handed it in) and the price would be $575, which I reluctantly approved although nobody could give me a clear understanding of what exactly was wrong. When I picked it up they demanded $685 plus tax, claiming I had approved same. I had not and asked them for proof of same which they could not provide and after an hour I got an invoice stating Flat fee 1 and Flat fee 2 combined $575 plus tax. I asked for the earlier promised document that the battery has been replaced (so that I can bring the laptop on a plane) but they could not provide same. I asked for a detailed invoice outlining the various parts replaced and price for each item (for warranty purpose) and again they would not give same. I asked for clarification as to why the original price of $199 for the batter no longer was mentioned as this should not change regardless of what other issues they fixed and again I could not get any clear answers. Called Apple to discuss above and they too could not explain what exactly they had/had not repaired or why I could not get a proper invoice or why the advertised flat fee for the battery wasn't honored. Horrible service and just not work the high costs Apple charge for their products.
