    Pros - Great customer service, response time, and coverage.Cons - Extremely exspensive, even with discounts and horrible roadside assistance service.

    Great insurance company for home and auto insurance. Customer service is always top notch. Rates are not always the best so shop around.

    After 40 years with Amica Insurance, I am considering to change to another company. Amica to day is not the same Amica I used to know, overpriced and bad customer service
