I had a very complicated and time-consuming issue with my phone that took two days to resolve, and I have to say, Girren was the ONLY reason it finally got fixed. From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, helpful, and respectful.
Even when he wasn’t scheduled to be available, he still came back out to check on my phone just to make sure I wouldn't waste time. That really impressed me!!! He genuinely cared.
Since my screen was damaged and I couldn’t see the letters to type, he set up an external screen and even brought me a keyboard so I could type clearly. I’ve never experienced such thoughtful and above-and-beyond service at a tech store before!
Throughout the entire process… which was honestly soooo exhausting, he stayed patient, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. If not for his persistence and expertise, I wouldn’t have gotten my phone repaired at all.
Apple needs more people like him! 🙌🏽

We went in today to see if they can fix my iPad Air which got damaged in only 2 years. We were greeted right away when we walked in the store. And the manager Dante came up and spoke with us for a bit and we waited for the technician. She came to us shortly after a wait and took our iPad to see if it could be fixed. While we were waiting, I got up from the seat to fix something for my son, and a black chunky woman, I think was a technician sat on my chair right after I got up. So rude and disrespectful, didn’t even had the courtesy to ask me if I wanted to sit back down. My son and I just moved to another sitting area.

The manager and sales rep were going to sell me a product that qualifies for the $30 discount but ended up telling me I would have to pay it even though I had a sibling buy the same phone the same night.

Employee name Syed was very friendly and accomadative. He is very pleasant and tried to meet my needs with the phone. I would recommend him to be recognized for his professionalism and the ability to meet the needs of the customer. I was very pleased with his ability and willingness.

I walked in the store, it was busy and I spoke with a kind young man with dreads and he had a nose ring. He reassured me it was organized chaos and they had everything under control although it looked really busy and crazy they would get to me soon as I had made an appointment. Nikki ended up helping me she was wonderful and got the Job done. All employees had a smile on their face and were happy to be there. It’s like they thrived in the busy! Great experience with this location. Kind people.

I went in and had to set up an appointment for a specialist. The woman took my info and said it would be a three hour wait at first then said four. I made the appointment and she said I would get a text when I could come back. I received no confirmation or any text to come in. I’m sure she didn’t even add me to the waitlist. Awful customer service.
