Ok I seriously have tried to be patient with this store . But tonight was just not acceptable. I shop here a lot. So this is the first year I truly have gone all out for Christmas in a long time. I had to put my dog of 13 years to sleep . So I bought for two trees at my house and two trees at my daughters house, one is for my 3 year old granddaughter, I go all over Houston to different locations. Webster I was seriously overcharged. The cashier complained the whole time I was purchasing that basically I was buying too much ? I am thinking to myself, who had trained this employee? Me being in sales I would be encouraging the customer to purchase more, not this cashier , I had to listen to that she had not had a lunch and etc. I had told her I thought she over scanned multiple times. I tell myself I will definitely check my receipt , i live in Missouri city . So the closest location is sugar land , so I call and I’m told to come in , I decide to visit the closer store, well I had seen that on two occasions instead of refunding me the cashier charged me. But I figure just show the manager . The manager Derek is always nice to me , so I decide to talk to him , he fixes the mistakes on two returns , after a long wait for him to review everything . He tells me the over charge Webster situation I had to go back to that store , which I have yet to go . So my daughter had picked up some items I did a curb side pick up in Katy . Well everything is wrapped so she is young and does not check , I check the items , Christmas is over , sometimes they are damaged , well I see two items are damaged and one item was not color I ordered it is a silver glitter picture showed a red Santa sleigh ? Weird , I go to return on the day of freeze , I am greeted by cashier with why am I there . I said you are open correct ? well he tried to refund me not what my receipt states. At a lower price . I tell him this is not my fault. He shows me a sign about holiday policy, so I keep the items. I figure I’ll get crafty the tree is missing ornaments maybe I can super glue something. Idk the other one is a Santa with list and you can tell it had been superglued so I figure gorilla glue will work , but today I go in to shop , the same cashier is not in a happy mood , is throwing my items in bags, and very impatient, I ask where is manager he says right there , it is a Indian woman. She is nicely wrapping the other customers purchases. I ask can I get my items wrapped too ? She said it is only when it is requested? Seriously? The reason my daughter did not see items defects was because items were wrapped , I remind the cashier of my previous visit , his eyes did her big , because he realizes what I am meaning. But seriously these are items I am putting up for my granddaughter, why should I ask for them to be packed nicely , he saw I was on FaceTime with a 3 year old saying purple and elf on the shelf , what is this ? This can’t be how we expect as customer treatment. This is not acceptable. At all . My whole visit was horrible . I bought a fullShopping cart . The manager did not apologize. She had just as bad of an attitude as he did , she spelled her name for me . And said make a complaint I don’t care , this is not how I was taught to treat customers,

First, eat before you go. If not you will spend so much money. They have changed so much. You can find things. The store is clean and the displays are nice. Shopping in this store will make you want to redecorate your whole house. My kids love it and I do too. They have some of the cutest stuff for kids. And the organization area is amazing. This store had a clearance section. And if it wasn't for my husband. I would have had baskets full of stuff lol.

Amazing customer service!! From the clerk to the manager! Will always shop at this location….will never step foot back into the Richmond location again! The have terrible and rude clerks and manager! Thank you Sugar Land!!????

Sheryl was amazing, she is the front cashier. And she made my day. She's very personable and carried a conversation with me. I bought some more items because she upselled. I definitely will be back because the pots I bought were perfect price. I'll tell everybody about This place

At the direction of the new Director, Steve, I was unable to purchase a display coffee table and accent table. Steve basically let $360 walk out the door. Went to another store and bought their display.Micromanagers often want to feel important and make sure you know they are the boss…so they’ll come in with their command & control management style & make changes that the front line workers have to defend.You’re bad for business Steve, not to mention employee morale!! No wonder the parking lot was near empty on a Saturday. Update your policy or leave. From what I understand, no one likes the new Director anyway.

Declined to sell the remaining display table, citing a policy change under the new director that prohibits the sale of floor models. Suggested visiting a different store, where the floor model was readily sold. The competence of the new director at the Sugar Land location is questionable given this situation.

We searched for an item for community sand to be used in a wedding and found the perfect item. It can hold the sand and also has a cover so the sand won't spill. Our cashier was courteous, polite and put a smile on my face after a long day.

Store not taking care of. Kids playing hide and seek in the furniture and running around like banshee. Cashier was nice and friendly.

Good place and reasonable prices. The store wasn't very crowded and it was nice and clean.
