I went to the MO City AT&T store on a whim, trying to find out some info on why my phone was not working. x 30 days. Karim kindly informed me that when on Australian cruise they had stopped my data use...Thanks! With the click of a button the problem is resolved.

I was paying 300 bucks for my plan at T-Mobile but these guys bought it down to $120 per month amazing people sales reps working. Daniel & Luis at this store really helped me out a lot. Thank you so much.

I’d go to Verizon or T-mobile. Terrible service. Worst experience ever getting a new phone. Told the worker I wanted to take new and old phone with me to complete transfer then send the old phone back to att and that I knew I’d get charged if it didn’t get returned (confirmed that was possible later with customer service the phone). Store worker wouldn’t hear of it. Had problems. Took much longer than he said. Thought it was worked out then he called back ended up hanging up on me and I had to make a trip back to the store which was in Houston and I was already headed back on my three hour trip home. Terrible experience. Considering changing carriers.

I was at the AT&T store in First Colony mall, Sugarland, TX. I was assisted by representative named Daniel. He surpassed all the other help I've tried to get from AT&T. I was pleased that AT&T has Daniel as a rep that knows how to solve problems and ensure customer satisfaction!

Msg on dec 13 2023: As per your reply i already sent an email and it’s almost 3days now no response yetMr Junior was the employee in first colony mall he said he will convert my line from prepaid to postpaid that's why i was agree to buy another 2 lines with the phones on the down payment once everything done he said he is unable to transfer my prepaid lines i need to goto corporate office they can do it. I went to corporate office they said i am not eligible convert to the prepaid i need to get new numbers. This really very frustrating we have waited almost 2hrs in the store and paid almost 570usd for nothing this is un human behavior just to sell the product for his commission. Very unethical behavior
