Kenneth, the general manager, saved me from blowing my car up! I was about to put transmission fluid in the engine. He helped me locate the transmission, refill it, and fill my motor oil! The only place I go!

Excellent and friendly customer service. I went yesterday, 6/16 around 1:30pm. I can’t remember the young man’s name that helped me, but it was something like Dave Gama. He had chin length wavy brown hair and was the only one on duty other than his manager. It started raining, but he didn’t hesitate to assist me by checking my car’s battery (which ended up being bad and needed to be replaced). He showed me the options available and answered all my questions without making me feel silly for asking.

Very rude customer service. I was here on 5th July to return a few items that I bought from a different location of autozone. I was speaking with Amanda at the front desk and when I said I'm here to return a few items she stated that I'm going to need the card that I bought the items to process the return because I bought these items from a different location. I informed her that I never had needed the card to process the return but she kept on saying that she is not able to process it because i bought it from a different location unless I have the card with me. I spent a total of 40 minutes to get the card and come back to process the return. When I got back, there was another guy st the front desk and when I told him that I'm here to process the return and handed him thr card, he told me that he does not need the card to process the return. I then asked him why the lady that I spoke with earlier was asking me for my card and he stated that she is very rude and lazy and does not like to help customers. I hope adequate actions are taken to fix Amanda's behavior as I'm sure that this may have happened with several other customers.

Terrible service from a lady named AMANDA, the battery in my car was no longer working, it was under warranty, and she simply did not want to change it and sent me to the store where it was purchased (55 minutes from here) because according to to her, the mechanic, who made that changed one year ago, now has to make the change, evidently it was something that she simply did not want to do because she did not like me, hers arrogant treatment and bad grace was evident.. her coworker was according to help me and do the right bc I have warranty, everything was right he checked in the system but of course this lady only said NO, and doesn't care that I was with my little one just waiting for this change for more than 1 hour… another case of RACISM! Hope never need to go to this store again and NEVER be attending for someone like AMANDA
