Do not bank with Bank of Texas customer service went from bad to the worst . I have called 3 times about replacing my debit card 30 days latter no card waiting another 2 weeks or more . I have been here since 2007 . Time to close all my accounts . Managers dont care anyway .

I've been with ya'll since you were Citizens and haven't felt more welcome in years coming into the William Trace branch because of Juan! He has the best professionalism I've seen in years of and business I deal with. I was a Career & Technology teacher for 37 years and I taught this constantly and he has what it takes to get a head in BOT if given the chance.
