Shannon Garza was wonderful to work with in selecting all of our bathroom fixtures for our remodeling. Shannon was knowledgeable and knew all the parts that we would need and went the extra mile when we needed replacement parts. I really appreciated that Shannon was friendly and easy to work with. We received great customer service from her. I would most definitely recommend that you ask for Shannon Garza as your Sales Consultant at Bath of America in Sugar Land.

I had the best experience with Kinsey Cavnar from Baths of America - Sugarland. She helped me look for hardware, faucets and a towel warmer for my master bath upgrade. She also helped me select hardware for my kitchen. I was under a lot of stress of rebuilding my home from a water pipe bust. She guided me to make decisions without being pushy or presenting items that were ridiculously expensive. What I appreciated most about her was that she was conscientious of my budget. On top of that, she went above and beyond for me to get my faucets delivered in record time! She was able to catch on quickly of my aesthetic as well. Her customer service is unmatched. I will definitely be back for future projects.

There were two staff in the store when I walked in, they didn’t give me any eye contact or say hi for the whole time that I walked around the store. No bye when I left either. Completely no service and respect. This is not the customer service you would enjoy. Not recommended at all!

I have been coordinating a retirement cottage makeover while caregiving and rarely get a chance to shop. Today I happened on this store and sales associate Stephanie Eversole. She was not just personable and knowledgeable, she made me feel special and valued as a prospective customer. I left with specs and pricing information on the items I liked and details on where to look for options that could be delivered more quickly in the midst of pandemic shutdowns. Even though we are moving away, she made me want to work with her to order all of the enhancements and specialty items to make our new house home. Bravo!

The Sugar Land Baths of America, and especially Shannon Garza, is a great place to shop and make a beautiful bathroom. But the difference is the service and professionalism, and Shannon is the ideal. We never felt we were being "sold", but that they were really trying to meet our needs. Happy to recommend Shannon and her teammates at Baths of America.

Not as good as Showers Of Mexico (which are very necessary if you think about it, temperature wise), but more useful than Bidets Of Canada.So we only went in this little local store once, but Barbie was a fan and she liked what she saw. Pretty much everything on offer is better than the bath we have so I'm not sure what we are doing wrong. Baths, eh. I guess they've come a long way in the last few years.Prices aren't great, but we still like the service and the products.
