The people who work at this bank are very nice but the drive threw service is so slow I mean your waiting there 15-20 minutes just to do a transaction they need to get it together nobody has time to sit and wait that long to do a bank transaction

I check in at 1:14 there are 6 bank employees yet there’s no line at the tellers only one person at a time. I have observed the employees talking with each other just looking at me. No even a simple hello. I’m very dissatisfied with this location. I will continue going to the location on I-10 though the bank is smaller and more traffic with customers they are welcoming and very friendly and always taking care of any banking concerns on a timely matter.

This bank is quite possibly the worst institution on the planet. It is clear that they are not operating a serious business. Their customer service department downright lied to me. They told me that my case was expedited. This has proven quite certainly untrue. I don't think that they will survive much longer. Their reviews are in the gutter, their customer service is garbage, and they don't really offer a compelling service over banks that operate much more competently.

After I left the drive thru teller, I had a call from my job saying I was missing $45. And I had to come back to the bank to receive it. This is money from my job, not my own. I was on the clock and wasting my own gas. Was very unprofessional of the teller, she could of spotted her own mistake and let me know right there and then instead me making 2 trips. Not coming back to this bank.

A zero was unavailable. I went to this location with funds from a savings program from my job that lets us save funds. While at the location I was told they would not honor nor cash my check. Keep in mind while I’m waiting the teller is asking me questions about my career. Which is not her business but after being interrogated I was told that she was not going to cash the check. When asked why I was given a dry response of I need to ask whoever issued the check. Now here where it is a mess. The check was drawn from a company that conducts major business with PNC. So if they felt it or I was fraudulent they could have went into their company system and seen the company’s account. After reaching out to the company, pnc never tried to verify my check at all. The way I felt leaving out of there should only be directed to scammers. I feel sorry for whoever banks with these people. Thank God for my federal Credit Union that I never have to subject myself to horrible unprofessional behavior.

This bank is fraud bank they're soooo unprofessional that I will not trust my money at this horrible bank please if you really want your money to be safe this will not be the bank for sure! Being having issues since 2 years and they can't resolve it if they really have a control of the money won't be a problem but every little thing is a problem they can't never give you an straight answer and deal with that for a long time. BBVA was a very good bank I don't know why they sold it. This people now are terrible.

If I could give this bank 0 stars I would. Today after waiting over 10 minutes in the drive through I was made to go inside to cash my check because I’m not a account holder, when I have done this multiple times before with 2 Id verifications. When asked what is the purpose of me going in the response is it’s the manager in charges decision. So then I get to wait another 20 minutes. I was there from 1:15 to 1:45. They need to hire more employees and fire the lady just standing around doing nothing by the teller canisters. Worst customer service ever and everyone is slow.

Worst customer service ever, they acted so rude. I will cancel my business account with this company. After they switched to PnC they have lowered their customer service.I will never recommend this location for PNC bank.

Horrible teller and service. The teller (Erika) was super rude and unable to assist, when I compared Chase services being different, she said "we're not chase, chase is behind this building". I can't imagine someone in customer service can answer a customer this way. They also have outrageous policies and are not willing to assist you. I'm glad I closed my account today!

I live in Phoenix and visited this bank. WOW! The customer service here, is HORRIBLE!!!! I have NEVER been to a BBVA where I waited so long either! Y'all should be ashamed of yourselves that you are associated with this bank! Giving it a bad name!
