Worst customer service I have ever received. Bought a washer and dryer from here last week. Was not told I needed to buy anything with them and was told they'd be delivered February 23. After purchasing before I left the store was told they actually wouldn't be delivered till March 1st (a week later). Agreed that it would be fine. Dryer gets delivered and doesn't come with a power cord. No one told me I needed to purchase one or that it didn't come with one. In fact the employee told me that I didn't need to buy anything extra. I call the store which only goes to a call center, one person told me that it didn't come with one, another told me they'd send me a return label to ship it back to the manufacturer!! Ship it! A dryer!!! Third time I ask to speak to a supervisor or a manager of some sort and they put me on hold for 30 minutes then hang up. So I go to the store, they tell me no dryer comes with a cord, this would've been fine if I had known it to begin with instead of purchasing it without one. I spent $2000 on these and now I have to spend another $100 to get the cord then have them install it cause it's bare wiring and not just a plug. Not a single employee even attempted to help me in anyway. Best Buy has completely lost all my business.

I came in about an online instore pick up order that was taking a while, the two men at the pickup counter where condescending and refused to help me. I went to the sharpstown location and the employee helped me immediately letting me know it was a hold on my order and took care of it within the hour. Do not go to this location They cant even do basic task like check a computer.

This store is so patient. The geek squad service was very helpful, along with sales (Ralph). They helped me solve a cell phone virus + hack. Kudos to Best Buy!

I like the matching price policy, unfortunately a written quote is not enough. What Best Buy looks for price matching is a webpage add.Employees are very helpful and the inventory is excellent and up to date, yet, customers are always looking for the best price, I had to go to a competitors store.

The staff here is amazing. We made a purchase here just before the closing time and the staff was very polite and helpful. They helped me load up the items in my truck.

I’ve always had such good experience at this Best Buy which is in Richmond , grand mission pkwy. All the managers are very helpful and would go above and beyond to help you understand about the product. Mr. Amir is an exceptional manager at that location.

I'm absolutely shocked at how this company is still even around. Absolutely the worst customer service and experiences Time after Time. When I order for curbside pickup, my order confirmation and email all say curbside pickup. But when I arrive, somehow I need to go inside the store to pick things up? After I go inside, there's a line of five people in front of me and the entire process takes way longer than just going inside the store and buying it off the shelf. Actually, The big online company that starts with A, could probably deliver it faster. What a serious joke of a store.

came to return a camera that didn't have a flash. Although the front desk staff was friendly, the manager (a female with blue/black hair) lack of flexibility made the contact unsatisfying. will never return to this place!Later on, the level of customer service at another location was a sharp difference. My problem was acknowledged by the manager, who graciously arranged a gift card refund. This encounter highlights the value of providing constant, compassionate customer service. Bravo to the employees at the second site for their outstanding customer service!

I was not too happy with my service at best buy. I went multiple times around 7 pm and did not get very good service. There were not very many employees on the floor and those who were on the floor were not eager to help and I even had someone ignore me.

Purchased a projector online. Nowhere in my purchase did it say 15% restocking fee. Tried it out, but it did not performed as promised and was not satisfied. Returned it the next day and they wanted to charge me $195 re stocking fee. Spoke to manager Greg but he refused. I see why best buy is closing out their stores. Last item I'll ever buy anything there. I knew I should have bought at amazon.

I don't understand how you can have so many people working in one place and all of them not doing anything. Half the time I can't tell if they're mannequins or not. I tried to dress one up and they kicked me out of the store. They just hate scandinavians.
