On June 28, 2024 when I went through the car wash tunnel, my left windshield wiper was ripped off by the car wash equipment. I contacted the employees right away and one of them walked the tunnel until he found my windshield wiper blade on the floor. Another employee told me the manager has to watch the video to see if my wipers were on while going through the tunnel. I'd be an idiot to have my wipers on during the time the car wash equipment is washing my vehicle.
I left my name and phone number so the manager, who was not on location, could call me back, but he/she never did. I have since cancelled my membership.
If you're not going to accept responsibility for the damage your equipment is going to cause to vehicles, you're in the wrong business buddy! Your loss is going to be greater than what it cost to replace my windshield wiper blade. I hope the lack of accountability was worth it!

So far, I have enjoyed this car wash. I like that it doesn't use bristles so my paint doesn't get scratched in those sensitive areas. I also enjoy the shine and how clean my vehicle remains when I drive all over Houston. I did subscribe to their unlimited washes and I enjoy how well my car is cleaned, but there are areas of improvement as well.
The driers (air blowers) could be better, tire shine chemicals that were applied need to spread evenly on the tire after I excited the wash, and the pricing may need to be altered. For a place that washes cars, $25 is steep for a top tier wash.
