32 minute wait because they only had one teller... This is just a BANK masquerading as a credit union. Come bank here if you want to be charged unnecessary fees and to be treated like a number.Keep your generic reply! Intentional deception to imply the managers care to help.

Today I went in for a wire transaction! My first time ever doing one and Veronica helped me out tremendously! I had other questions and she took her time with me! She even made a call while me standing there to get my questions answered!! Never once was in a rush, even though there were 2 others waiting in line! My trip there was smooth (well except for my child being a toddler)! She even called me late to let me know the wire transfer was received by the other party!! Thank you again Veronica!

Great bank and easy to work with; had my cards lost and stolen, every time I was able to get a replacement in great time. This is a bank who cares for their customers deserves all the stars.

I’ve been banking here longer than I can actually remember. It’s been lovely. My one issue is hours of operation. As a teacher my schedule completely conflicts with BVSCU hours. I recently had my card canceled and I have no access to my funds, but I cannot make it to the bank. I wish there was at least one “teacher friendly” day that was open later.

I registered to meet with a banker, the system said I was next in line, I waited an hour and 10 minutes before I was seen. The branch manager, Carla Robinson was with a client when I arrived and there were two other bankers in their office with no clients. When Carla finished with the client she walked out and said she would be with me shortly. About 45 minutes later I was still waiting so I asked Carla, who was standing in the front teller area with two of the other bankers if she could help us and she said no. I asked how much longer and she said she would be with us in 10-15 minutes. When we were finally tended to, the one banker was still with the same person. This is poor management of this office and poor customer service. For a simple service that we needed Carla should have someone else designated to assist.

This bank was referred to me by several friends! I opened an account because I am starting a new job here in a few weeks and I want my direct deposit going here!!! I’m looking forward to banking here because of the many positive reviews

When you have a live customer standing in front of you for over 10 minutes you take care of paperwork after. Always help live customers first. The phone calls and paperwork can be handled later. Especially since the phone all was initiated after the customer walked up.
