I had an amazing experience with Latasha Berry! Even when I was just looking around four months before deciding to move in, she was incredibly helpful, respectful, and attentive to me and my family. When I finally decided to move in, the process was smooth and effortless. Everything I requested, like adding a light and fan in the living room and fixing a few things beforehand, was completed and ready on move-in day. If you’ve already decided to move in, she’s the person you definitely want to work with!

WARNING — DO NOT MOVE HERE ⚠️
This place is not safe. My ID was stolen, and the Attorney General’s office contacted me saying it was part of an identity theft ring operation traced back to the property management itself. They confirmed there were several victims from this same property, all connected by the same mailing address.
Management tried to blame the mail carrier, but mail services stated it comes from maintenance. They have cameras, yet somehow can’t or won’t explain anything. My driver’s license and Social Security card have both been mailed to me twice and both disappeared. My mailbox keeps getting tampered with, and nothing arrives safely.
This is a serious federal crime, and the property is violating the lease by failing to provide secure mailboxes or protect residents’ information. The police are involved, but as of now, the management still acts like it’s nothing. If you care about your safety or your identity, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
Update (reply to Stephany): I understand the lease terms, but my concern isn’t about stolen packages, it’s that my mailbox lock was changed twice without my consent or notice. When I asked, management said USPS changed it, but the postal carrier confirmed it was done by property maintenance. Now management (the person I talked from corporate) claims I requested the change, which isn’t accurate, I only asked for help after I lost access to my mail at least twice last month. Even if that request triggered the repair, management was still required to notify me when they prior changed it and ensure I had access immediately after. Replacing a federal mailbox lock without proper authorization doesn’t follow USPS procedures, and failing to provide notice violates their duty under the lease to act with diligence and maintain tenant safety. My driver’s license has since gone missing, and saying ‘the lease says we’re not responsible’ doesn’t apply when the issue stems from management’s own actions.

Poor service because of the clothes dryer for two months, more than 15 times I went to the office and spoke to the black lady there and she said we will do it, there was something inside that was tearing the clothes into more than 50 pieces, I wasn’t paying attention it was making holes in the fabric, a man came to check it and didn’t believe what I was saying so he told me to give him one of my clothes and try it, he examined the piece of clothing as if I had time to waste or as if I was lying until he saw with his own eyes what happened and the situation continued for two months... They were nice when talking and didn’t do anything. After that I decided to leave the place and travel for two months in the summer, a month before my departure I sent them an email to inform them that I was leaving 30 days before my departure and I went to the office to inform them of that, the black employee gave me a paper to put my information in and it was very normal, I left and traveled and suddenly I received a number of emails demanding that I pay an amount because I did not inform them of my departure and my vacation ended, I went and spoke and said that I sent an email and this is my passport, I wasn’t here in July but the manager refused She said this is not proof, so I knew that the employee lost the paper because she was new at work... and to this day I am being harassed about it... all I will do is file a complaint against them in court and make them pay the price for the psychological suffering that I suffered for 5 months.

I don't know much English, but this man who takes out the trash is very rude. He put the trash in the bin outside and slammed the door. I went out. He insulted me with bad words.

They need to improve everything. I went to the coffee machine and they said I need an adult. I went with an adult and they said it's not working even though there were people clearly getting it in front of my eyes. This is the worst apartment to live in. In the gym most of the stuff is also broken

1.Smart Rent - electric lock malfunction and did not work properly for 7 months. Required maintenance personnel to replace batteries once per week. $45 per month for a service that did not work. Management declined a refund. Management indicated they were not aware of the ongoing issue. Yet, I submitted maintenance requests on a week over week, month over month period for 7 months.
2. Fitness Center - Precor glide machine has needed maintenance for 2+ years. Eliptical and Treadmill - 1 of the 5 pieces of equipment works properly.
Management focus is on multimedia events for posting pictures ( taco truck, picture with easter bunny). Yet, no focus on actual customer service. Overall, the fitness center equipment has gradually declined over the past 5 years with minimal maintenance to keep the equipment working properly.
3 Managment is dismissive when actual issues are brought to their attention. Quick to sign you up for a lease but there is a lack of customer service.

Have tried multiple times to get in contact with the office for my ac not working. No one answers the phones and if you leave a message it takes days for anyone to get in touch. I went days where my apartment was over 80 degrees before someone came to look at it.

I would give 0 stars if I can, the front staff people like liz and litzy and latasha are amazing and great but the other lady has big ego problems.
Gates always broken, water been leaking every where outside, and dont even get me started on the community center on the other side. Been closed for like years but apparently big ego lady can throw a party for herself. Don't bother wasting your time here, and if BH is reading this I wont be calling you so dont waste your time either.

Stephanie is full of it. She replied to both of my reviews telling me to call her, but the number she gave is out of service. What a joke.
