This location is the worst! Nobody ever picks up their phone. I’m a business account holder and every time I called I have to call 6-7 times in a row for someone to finally pick up the phone. When they do finally pick up, they keep me on hold for at least 10-20 minutes to answer one simple question. They even recorded the wrong mileage and I paid $500 extra on a truck rental. I have proof of pics of the mileage of the before and after but they wouldn’t believe me. Horrible service at this location especially for business account holder for rents multiple 26 foot truck’s on a weekly basis from Budget!!!

Regret renting a truck from this place the truck was literally a POS was so bad that when we return the truck in LA it went to put of service. The front shock broke and the LF tire went almost bald it shooked so bad that was not enjoyable especially making a trip from Houston to Los Angeles. The pasenger seat belt was broken, pasenger wiper was broken as well.

Our team had a wonderful experience working with the Budget Team. As a moving company, we use there trucks often. Rent-A-Mover in Houston. 5 star service.

HORRIBLE! Reserved a truck online and got there and they did not have it available. Had to go to U-HAUL!

Horrible service, one person in the store to do everything first thing in the morning. Take easy customer check-ins while those renting have to wait. Not sure if this is company owned or franchise but really need new management on how to take care of customers. Over an hour to get helped and we were not the only ones waiting. How do they stay in business?

Rental process was fine. The truck was a bit old, and the cab was dirty. Customer Service was horrible. In the 30 mins picking up the rental truck, the lady answered 4 personal calls. Dropping off the truck was a pain. Same horrible customer service. Different lady this time, had two friends who didn't work there sitting and visiting with her. The line was very long and still the lady had time to answer two personal calls. The manager was the only one working hard and being polite.

If I could give zero I would. Reserved trict several weeks ago. Got called a few minutes before their "customer service" closed... The night before my move... Saying truck isn't available and to call... At 7:30am next day... My move day. Wow. How do they stay in business.

Most terrible service. We rented a truck reserved online and got there and they did not have it available. They made us wait for 1.5 hours before admitting they don't have one available. I would rate -5 stars. They were very rude and disrespectful.

Terrible customer service. They are rude and act as if you are bothering them at their work. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else.
