Terrible customer service with their bank teller employees.

I just withdrew money from this bank and was served by teller Monica who has no breading at all. I don’t go to the bank as you can do almost all transactions online. However today , I have to withdraw as I already reached the limit of Zelle. When I reached the teller, I told Monica that I don’t have my debit card and she told me that’s fine she just need my ID, so I gave my Texas ID card. She then she said “ I hope you don’t forget your name”. I was really really got annoyed with that INSULT. She is the rudest person I ever encountered in my entire life. That comment is definitely absurd, that is below the belt. This incident definitely need to be addressed. Very rude and unacceptable. Why does she has to comment like that.

Get more bank tellers to work there or something I should not have to wait 1hr40mns just to open a new account. It’s not the tellers faults (it’s more of the customers that have them sitting there for over an hour) or anything it’s just the way this branch operates with very little employees is not good.

If I could leave no stars I would!! This horrible bank needs to be driven out of business!! They are stealing money from hard working Americans who live paycheck to paycheck!! Please do not give them any of your money you will never see it again!! It’s not the employees it’s the company itself!!

I just had an awesome experience with Monica opening a joint account with my husband, literally at the speed of light. I don’t believe I was in there for more than 10 minutes and she gave me all the information that I need to open this account and took us step by step. Thank you, Monica!

I just went and made a deposit at the ATM and the machine took most of my money spit out a few bills and said it was retaining the rest! I'm sick about it. I was only given a number to call and no additional help to get my money back. Now I'm being told by the woman on the phone that it could take 10 business days to get my money back. That's my rent and bill money! I'm so disappointed by Capital One do better by your customers!

Went there to withdraw money from my account using a withdrawal slip about a week ago. The teller was hesitant and wanted to get her manager for assistance at first. Her hesitation must have came from the fact that I am black. I felt uncomfortable when she said my withdrawal amount out loud. I’m sure If I didn’t dress the way I did , I wouldn’t have gotten that money and a civil lawsuit would have been filed. Workers at this location need better training.

Went to this location to open a business account, and the teller informed me I had everything I needed to open an account, but I needed to set up an appointment. Did so, and when I came on appointment day, Went inside was made to feel very uncomfortable by employees who were just standing around when I walked in. Very unfriendly ( no smiling faces) informed them that I had an appointment scheduled. Meet with someone who said that I didn't have everything I needed (which, in fact, I did because I went to Chase and opened my business account with the exact same information) was rushed and was rude. At first, I thought it was racially motivated, but after reading some reviews about this branch, I see they don't discriminate on their rudeness. I would not recommend anyone doing business with this branch.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The teller in the drive thru named PAIGE, had the worst customer service skills. Why even have a job, if you are going to be lazy and have an attitude about doing it! I went through the drive thru to make a withdrawal and she popped an attitude at the end of the transaction and said “next time you can use the atm”. Ummm first of all PAIGE if you were doing your job correctly you would know that I do not have a checking account with your bank! I specifically go through the drive thru because I only have a savings account and that is the ONLY way I can withdraw MY MONEY since I don’t have a debit card! I have always had great experiences, but the bank needs to get rid of her before they lose a customer!
