If I could leave 0 stars I would. The teller in the drive thru named PAIGE, had the worst customer service skills. Why even have a job, if you are going to be lazy and have an attitude about doing it! I went through the drive thru to make a withdrawal and she popped an attitude at the end of the transaction and said “next time you can use the atm”. Ummm first of all PAIGE if you were doing your job correctly you would know that I do not have a checking account with your bank! I specifically go through the drive thru because I only have a savings account and that is the ONLY way I can withdraw MY MONEY since I don’t have a debit card! I have always had great experiences, but the bank needs to get rid of her before they lose a customer!

I have never waited more than 2 to 3 min. and that was when they were busy. Great service. Never had any problems.

Terrible customer service. Poor attitudes. Just miserable people. This is probably the worst bank out there. Would never do business with them again.

the lady that answers the phone is terrible, she said she works in customer service but hung the phone up on my face. if you cant talk to people the right way find another job

Today is Sept 28th 2023. At 4pm, I called this local branch and trying to ask a general question about if I can withdraw money from an online 360 checking and 360 saving at the local branch. The lady that answered doesn't understand my simple question and kept saying she need to transfer me to customer service because she can't access my account. I told her that I didn't need to access my account but just want to ask a general question, she just transferred without letting me finish my sentence.

Half the ATMs are always closed in at this location. Very inconvenient.

I went to go deposit money into a drive up ATM here and the ATM took $1260 and the machine jammed and retained my money it's absolutely ridiculous now I have to wait 10 days to have word if i can even have my money back absolutely ridiculous the machine didnt even print a recipt just spit out my card and the machine said "unable to make cash deposits" after taking my $1260 these atms are trash

I walked in to have a notary sign something. They don’t have a notary there, which is fine, but the employee who greeted me was just unkind. She had a sour look on her face, didn’t want to acknowledge that I walked in or the person behind me. It wouldn’t hurt to greet customers and be kind when they walk in the door. Glancing up just to say, “I’ll be with you in a minute” would have been sufficient. Just rude.

Why do they have this branch? As far as I know, they provide no service that can't otherwise be done via an ATM. Anytime you try to access any other service they are not any help.

There are 10 people in line with only two tellers. 3 in line for customer service with one rep. The first person waiting gor the rep stated its been almost an hour. There is only one location here in sugar land. The service is horrible. Where is the management?
