We were greeted nicely by the blonde lady near the entrance, me and my family had looked around the boy’s clothes and just generally checking out the store since we had never been (and will not be returning). As we were looking around, me and my sister found the toys near the register and were clearly checking them out for my son, whom I had in my arms. This is where my shopping experience starts to turn sour, Kakil had rudely interrupted our conversation about the toys to say “Can i help you?” when we were clearly not at the registers but instead the toys so i responded with “No thank you we are looking at the toys.” We then see another family checking out toys and sitting at the small kids table and sat down after they did. I had left my son with his grandparents and i continued to shop, it wasn’t until after I had completed looking around and checking out that i was then informed by my sister that, Kakil had spoken with the blonde lady and was pointing at my family saying they were being loud… while playing with a kids toy that was making loud noise… let’s be for real now. Kakil if you do not want noise in your place of work, then work at a LIBRARY, working at a store much more a BABY/CHILDREN store is not meant for you!

Staff were pretty rude when we came in. The sign and door said “open” but when we walked inside, the lady said “we’re closed” in a very undertone manner. If you’re closed then why don’t you lock the door and turn off or flip the “open” sign? Talk to us like we’re stupid and it’s our fault.

I went in for an online pickup order 8/18/2022 and I wasn't greeted at all, the lady (heavy set hispanic with glasses) that helped me barely said 2 words to me. Lisa walked up and was extremely friendly and welcoming, she wasn't even helping me but spoke to me more than the actual lady getting my order. Lisa is the only reason why I'm give 4 stars because I was going to give 1 star until she came up. Thank you Lisa for the brief but warm experience.

Went in to return Christmas gift my son received.I had over a $100 ofStuff with a gift receipt. One associate at the cashier doing my order was new so she didn’t know how to process it which is fine. She went and got another to help. Long dirty blond straight hair associate told her that it was all going to have to be exchanged the same day. I was confused since I had a receipt but didn’t say anything, luckily another associate just happen to have overheard and said “No. since she has a receipt then we can do a gift card.” Thank god, because trying to find $150 worth of stuff with a 8 month old hanging off your arm was going to be tough. Please train your associates, Carter’s.

They're very quick but I do believe they should have reserved spots for pick up. The address is incorrect as well but I did speak to a store representative about that and they stated " Google will Not Update the address for them" not sure if this is true or not but I believe you should check into it "Google".... thanks have a great day!

This review would have been 4 stars but after we take the time to pack up baby boy and drive here just to see they are closed @ 7pm vs 8pm on google we were disappointed.
