Just went to this location. The worst customer service I ever had as a customer at chase. My teller was the dumbest woman and liar. Said she was the manager but later on find out she's just a teller. Changing my account to army navy credit union. Chase plays with your money too much.

We came and waited 30 minutes so they tell us you can't make a new account now and we have to schedule an appointment.... why they don't have someone to tell us that when we intered the bank. They lost our business to BofA.By the way, 3 employees were doing nothing but checking thier Facebook.

This is only bank I go to.Everyone is friendly and polite, even the employees behind a desk will get up to greet you. They seem well trained. I personally have never had a long wait in line here.

Always prepare to wait even if it's not busy. My son wanted to open a savings account. Already has a checking account since 2016. The manager Charity was going to pull an employee off of her lunchtime to help us! There were 8 employees working with only one other customer in the bank. The manager could of helped him open an account but instead wanted us to wait seven to eight minutes while this employee finished her lunch. Not good customer service.
