I came in with a very complicated problem while trying to settle my mom's estate. The staff was very accommodating and took care to help me to the very end, even though the process took hours due to roadblocks along the way. I'm so grateful to have the solid support during this very difficult time. Thank you, Lu (Andrew) He and Verdin Turbell. You're the best!

The most basic customer service rule - answer the phone when a customer calls. This branch needs to work on that.

I love chase but the girl that works the front is the wrong person to work at a bank. Zero customer service with a added chip on her shoulder. Not great to work with at all!!

After being a loyal Chase customer for over 13 years, today this branch impressed me the most. My accounts were compromised and have to leave the country tomorrow. Banker Lu He and branch manager Verdin went above and beyond to help me restore my accounts even staying late for over an hour after hours. In todays customer service world, this is unheard off. My wife and I were beyond impressed. Thank you Chase for hiring great people!

I called and a rep answered "Hello?" She asked if my name was Mrs. Wang. I said no. I asked my question and she hung up on me. Terrible customer service.

As a former Chase manager, this branch saddens me. Customer service from the bankers is poor. I stood in the lobby waiting to be helped while 3 bankers stood 5 feet from me chatting. When someone else asked what I needed and I said a notary they said "we all can do that." But none did. Finally, someone at a desk helped me.

I ask questions during the entire process and only when I finally created an account do to they come back and tell me that something is wrong...I chose to meet in person so that any issues would be handled then and there and now I have more problems than what I came in with.I don't see myself banking here ever.

I canceled my account after the frustration and wasted time while doing a simple wire transfer. It took over a week only to get the external account verified, then after at least five/six long calls for ID Verification just to get the transfer rejected and requested to go personally to the branch. In the meantime my account was locked and I was unable to use my own money for the whole weekend! After the holiday and weekend I went to the branch, the person (human) in front of me couldn't do anything other than call again for ID verification!!! Apparently it was not enough that I showed myself with all my ID's to the actual branch! Their excuse is security, I think they REALLY have security issues and I am afraid to keep my money at this bank. Nowadays, if your bank can't go digital in a safe and efficient way, go to another bank, there are plenty and much better.

I'm pretty sure this is the branch that recently made headlines for racism with the young lady doctor who put them on full blast recently via the local news stations, well I tell you what, I don't really do inside banking, but if I do, and go into this particular branch, I dare any those people to disrespect me like they did her, they'll have to close their branch temporarily until their people learn how to act, believe it.

This feedback is more about Chase than this branch. I have been a banking here for almost two decades and I mostly do electronic banking. Over the years Chase has changed policies, such that their people at the bank, including the branch manager have no authority to make any decision. The branch personnel are unable to help with any issues!One must call the 800 number for any support and their customer service stinks. Recently they put a 7 business-day hold on a large check from my employer, a Fortune 100 company, when most of these checks form large corporations clear in one day! When I called to enquire the status of check clearing, first they told me the obvious and when I asked for specific details, they transferred my call to a different department, where it can take several hours to get through to talk to a person! Finally, I was told that even though the check had cleared they put 7-day hold for security (so that they can collect the float). This is highway robbery!My electronic transfers from most money market or brokerage accounts clear in one day. If you have a brokerage account, you should move your checking account there; I plan to do that now. There is no reason to bank locally at Chase.

Tried opening an account and was denied despite having $15,999.99 dollars. A normal business person would welcome a new customer and their assets. However, these trumpanzees are not good normal nor good and do not deserve to have my business in the future. Beware and withdraw your ca$h! If we all did, they are done!

Rude and condescending! This Asian guy have tons of plaques and trophies of some sort on his desk, not sure how he got that. He told me that I Don’t know anything and did it all wrong. Hello, I opened the account with chase help, not on my own. Drove to another branch and got things done within 10 minutes. Will never go there again!
