STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK Customer service is horrible. Where do I begin with this bank, My mother past away last month, so we are trying to get all finances straight. My wife went to pay a home equity loan and SHAHEEN the teller was rude and non helpful, on top of that I called to see why they couldn't help her, and they were giving me GOSSIP. SHAHEEN was telling me over the phone that my wife wanted more information on account. Which I know is not true because my wife knows exactly what is in the account. Nothing was getting done so my wife decided to just leave. She went back the next day to pay and she just refused to be helped by SHAHEEN so my wife simply said to SHAHEEN, "I don't want to be helped by you" SHAHEEN went to the teller next to her that was going to help my wife and said something in the next teller ear, she knew she was talking about my wife because they both looked straight at her. At that time my wife had enough and spoke to the manager Brett and voiced her concern to him, all he did NOTHING!!! My mother has been with this bank for many years and it sad to say that I will be shopping for another bank.

I have been with this bank since 1993. They kept my money and transactions very safe! Comerica is not your mass bank service, they take pride in very sound and conservative with every transactions!Unfortunately, some customers find it inconvenient when the bank tellers double and triple check every transactions to keep their customers’ hard earned money safe!They are old fashioned bank doing it old fashioned way, I have no issue with it!

This bank is one of the worst banks with which I have had to deal. Customer service is terrible. They can not provide any useful information to me and I just spent the majority of the afternoon trying to obtain some basic information and talked to over 5 person around the county. They were about to transfer me again. Comerica is the worst!!!

Bank has really gone downhill since Frank P. Retired. Customer Service is horrible, the drive thru tellers are rude. The people at the branch have to call customer service to get answers because they don't know what they are doing. Definitely lost my business also, been with them over 20 years... they couldn't care less.

I have tried working with this bank for years (both business & personal) and they have not lived up to any of the promises that they initially made. I have never been more disappointed in a bank than I am with this one. Every transfer & transaction made takes 2 business days to process, the website & the app are clunky and not user-friendly, I have been charged fees on accounts that do not have fees, and a myriad of other issues. I do will be moving to another bank, and I do not recommend this bank to anyone in the area.

Been going to this bank for the last 8 yrs because the staff is wonderful! From the manager (you're awesome Frank!) to all the staff- everyone is just so friendly & courteous.

I came in this morning to make a deposit and I asked a question to the rep. Celia Keshani and they way she responded was very uncalled for, it's not what she said but how she said it. I'm very disappointed and to think I was thinking about starting up an account with Comerica. When I came back in to let her know how she made me feel she just say okay and wasn't really listening to anything I was saying. This incident really upset me , horrible customer service!

To anyone ... I have never had any problems at this bank since I joined in 1990. They have every manner of service, including International Business Services. They have always been most accommodating, and always on cutting edge of technology. I am glad they are not MASS BANKING even though they have branches nationwide. Wishing you and all the staff at this bank a great new year 2016 !!! KNP PS: If there is EVER any inconvenience, it is when they are making sure YOUR account and MONEY are safe and no ID Thieves are accessing your hard earned savings ! IT IS WORTH THAT INCONVENIENCE, TRUST ME ! Otherwise, it can be horrible and years of anguish.
