I went in to renew my card and grab some motor oil. But, the motor oil brand that was advertised online for this store wasn't available. I checked another Costco that claimed they had it. And, no luck there either.

Costco Optical at Sugar Land TX is the worse I've seen. You can tell they work very slowly on purpose. They are like slob,moving very slowly and just trying to buy times till their shift is over. Unbelievable

Do not waste your time applying for a job here, the interview process was extremely unprofessional. You can tell there’s a massive lack of communication amongst all managers/employees, I definitely feel that I dodged a bullet by not being able to attend a THIRD interview with this location. All employees working looked miserable and after my first 2 interviews with 2 different managers, I can definitely see why someone would be unhappy working here.
