Staff need better training. They closed earlier than scheduled even though they saw me calling them for assistance.

Why does CVS pharmacy need to shut down daily for a 30 minute break at 1:30pm? There were numerous people working in the pharmacy. Why can't they take their breaks on a rotating schedule so pharmacy doesn't shut down? CVS pharmacy sent me a text to pick up my medication. I drive all the way there and they tell me to go home and come back in 30 minutes because they are closed for a break. Super customer service. Thank you so much. Waste of my time.

My family has been using this pharmacy for at least 15 years. Annie I'd our pharmacist. She's wonderful! She keeps us apprised off drug and medical history interactions; she reminds us to schedule our flu shots and let's I'd know when me Covid boosters are available without strong arming us in to taking them

I sent my husband to pick up my prescription and gave him a GoodRx coupon to use because it was cheaper than insurance...and the pharmacist/tech straight up LIED to my husband and said it would be more expensive under GoodRx. She talked him out of using GoodRx so he ended up paying 40% more. I'm so done with this CVS, their prices are higher than other pharmacies but we were okay with it because it was so convenient. After today, never mind.

After a terrible experience with the ineptitude of our doctor's staff, Annie the pharmacist made the bad situation work. Many thanks! The young man at the window was polite, personable, and efficient. Will be changing our prescriptions to this pharmacy.

USERS beware! I had hoped the reviews were wrong about this location... Staff are not professional and I've experienced two mistakes made by the technicians with filling my prescription. CVS should close this location and any other location with 1.5 stars.

It is a nightmare trying to fill prescriptions at this place. Here is the conversation: Me: Hi, I need to refill my prescription. CVS: okay, do you have the ex number. Me: No, my DOB is...... CVS: there is no record she had this prescription filled here. Me: It's for me and I get my prescription there. CVS: Her prescription was never filled here. ME: It is HE not SHE... CVS: Sorry, she did not get the prescription here. Me: Yes, I did and I have the receipt. CVS: Okay, she can bring in the receipt. Me: Lady, IT IS HE NOT SHE....WTF... how many times do I have to say he not she?!?!?! This is why prescription never gets refill edit because he is look for the wrong gender.

For starters, sorry if this offends anyone here, but there was this one worker, that really messed up the experience here for me. When my babysitter, sister, and I went to check out, my babysitter had problems with her phone number CVS card and a $5 discount. The cashier said she didn't have enough money, so she went back in her car to get more. The cashier looked impatient and shaked his head. Then, my 10 year old sister went to pay her groceries. The cashier checked everything and my sister asked if she needed to give a phone number for a card. The cashier then said, with an annoyed tone (not exactly) \\\"I have wasted 20 minutes on you guys. I have a lot of customers to serve. Do you really want to waste even more of my time? I have already did everything.\\\" Overall, the store was immaculate and fun, just a bit on the pricey side, but I would respect this place more if that worker there would be more patient and polite. I'm not stating that all workers there are impatient and rude. I guess we just got a not-as-good cashier.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 20 years. I've had no problems with this CVS. Maybe I have just been lucky? Everyone has always been nice to me here. I have filled many prescriptions here with no hassle. Just yesterday, I had two prescriptions filled there. There was a problem with my insurance not wanting to pay for one item, and the pharmacy worked it out with a smile. No issues at all.

Used to be a good pharmacy, back in the Eckerd's days. Not anymore. They all aren't any good anymore, but Randall's across the street is a little better. No drive through, but this drive through sucks so much, that it almost doesn't count!
