I waited over 2 hours at the minute clinic when I had an appointment scheduled. They told me the visit was free and then they charged me 103.00 auto debited out of my account 3 weeks later. Tried to call the store, then the 1800 but got the run around. One of the ladies who works there was very rude to a customer and openly complained about that customer in front of other customers to one of her co-workers. I thought it was very unprofessional when there was a line of patients waiting to be seen.

Had to visit the mini clinic. Was super blown away how easy the visit was. Also the pace of service and how friendly the staff was. Gotta love far easy service. Even the pharmacy staff was very friendly and helped find any possible discount for my prescription.

The 1-hour-photo at this place is the worst. Before taking the picture, I had clearly explained to her the specifications for the passport picture I wanted. Despite that when the picture came out, it had a blue background instead of white. When asked, they said it’s because of the color of the top I was wearing and continued to charge me for it. I headed to the nearby Walgreens and asked if I would encounter the same problem here too and the lady explained how the white background had nothing to do with the dress one is wearing and also that they get to edit each person’s specifications on their computer. What a waste of time and money!

This location does not have COVID 19 testing, even the CVS website says they have.We scheduled a test online today, and got confirmation number in our phone. Came by this location, but the person at the window told us they never had COVID 19 testing. So we wasted our time and gas to go over there for nothing.

Worst customer service by the "ops" manager and store manager today I've ever heard of. Do not order photos from this place and if you have a customer service complaint and are a woman, be prepared to be brushed aside or talked down to. Absolute unprofessionalism at its finest at this location.

This is a review of the medical clinic only, not the store. I was overdue for Shingrix (Shingle) vaccine that my PCP had recommended. The vaccine was on back order, but a sign outside the store indicated this clinic had some in stock. I did a walk in and waited about 40 minutes for my turn. The NP was very friendly, funny, and informative. The paperwork took longer than the actual shot. Best of all, CVS was on my insurance preference list so it paid for everything. My left arm was sore as hell, but my wallet was feeling good. I will return in 3 months to get the last shot of a two shots protocol. I hope I get the same NP again.

My daughter was complaining that her ear hurt, called her pediatrician to get her in for a visit but TCP did not have apts until the following day at 7pm! I decided to call other locations to see who was willing to squeeze us in. I was not successful and it was getting late. I researched walk ins and my initial search didn't pull up a minute clinic. My second search did. I went to the website and was assigned an apt at 5:03, I scheduled it at 4pm. That gave me enough time to pick my daughter up and take her there. We arrived at 4:55. I checked in the kiosk and waited less than 5 minutes. No one was in the wait area. The nurse practitioner Ugochukwu was friendly and listened to my concerns, by 5:09 (I texted my husband at that time) we had a diagnosis--ear infection. She spent some time inputting in her comments, asked if we had gotten flu shots. She administered both my daughter and I shots, sent the prescription and took payment for the services. I was blown away by how quick this was. She also took my daughter's temperature, weight and ensured she was ok. I will be returning here again given the ease and quick diagnosis. I went to the pharmacy after the appointment and the medicine was ready for pick up by the time the appointment was over. Will recommend to people.
