I had always had a great experience at this location but I went there on 4/8/2025 and one in the pharmacy techs, new from my last visits, was rather rude. Tech at cash register referred me to her about an order, when I got there she interrupted me before I finished talking, told me to go ask the other tech and immediately picked up the phone and started talking on the phone.

This store does not honor their prices. The 50% off tag was ripped off and the young man didn’t want to honor the price. I will stay away from this location from now on.

Just now, I went into the store to look for nasal patches for my husband. The young man in the back of the store helped me find the patches & was so friendly. Ms Josephine was so kind to check me out. This is a very clean store & a gem of a pharmacy!!

RJ in the pharmacy is just awesome! Great customer service and just gives you the sense he works really hard and enjoys his job. He went beyond what I asked and I really appreciate service like that. Called a couple of days ago to the pharmacy and a lady who picked up the phone didn’t want to answer any questions and just told me to call my insurance company. Totally different vibe. Just goes to show how one person can make a difference in a business.

Horrible, over the phone customer service. I used the 50% off razor cartridges & as soon as I left I realized that these were the only Gillette razor heads don't fit like all the rest. Was able to get my refund. I called customer service & they R trying 2 tell me that I don't have the extra care card even though it's added to my Google pay. Then they fi ally found it. Then they tried telling me that I never used the 50% off coupon & I said what r u tlkn about, I have the receipt on my email that states that the original price was $23.99 & that the 50% one time coupon was applied, as well as 2% cash back, so I paid $12.72.... She's arguing w me telling me that's basically a lie!!!! Wow.. Also, I received a survey email about my shopping experience, etc... & she's asking me when was the last time I shopped @ a CVS, I'm like.... WHAT.... I JUST TOLD U ALL THOS INFO!!!! UNREAL, NEVER SHOP @ A CVS EVER AGAIN!!!!
☆☆I SHOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN ANOTHER 50% COUPON, ESPECIALLY AF6ER RECEIVING SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE CARE CARD 1-800 #!!!!!

I arrived to pick up photos literally 72 hours after placing my same day photo ordered.Upon arrival, it wasn’t ready.I’ve been waiting in the store for 20minutes, and it’s still not ready.
