The young gentleman who is helping checkout people on the afternoon of Saturday October 7 is an excellent employee. Great customer service. He helped us out so much with the checkout procedure and taught us how to use our CVS rewards. Big kudos to him.

I am a regular customer at this CVS location and I have to say, I'm always impressed with the service I receive. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and I always feel confident that I'm getting the right prescriptions and medical advice.Not only is the pharmacy service top-notch, but the store itself is clean and well-organized. It's always easy to find what I'm looking for, whether I'm picking up a prescription or grabbing some grocery items.Overall, I would highly recommend this CVS location to anyone in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store is well-stocked and easy to navigate. As someone who relies on regular prescription medications, I really appreciate the high level of service and care I receive at this location. Ridiculous wait time for everything. Drive through lane could easily run over half hours! Inside pick up is not much better either. Vaccine appt times are also treated as suggestions. It was always 20-40 mins wait. This location really needs to employ more pharmacists to handle their volume

Not at all surprised by seeing such a low Google rating for this CVS store. I am sure overall rating would have been lower if there was zero star option.I am having to share this rating after multiple instances over a period of months. There is extensive delay in being able to talk to someone. If you hold long enough and someone eventually answers, they many immediately hang up on you or put on hold again. This exact thing happened to me three times in trying to talk to someone over the last hour. Please stay away from this CVS if you can. Can't speak to other CVS pharmacies. I don't think Walgreens has such terrible service, but I will find out now.

My family has been using this pharmacy for at least 15 years. Annie I'd our pharmacist. She's wonderful! She keeps us apprised off drug and medical history interactions; she reminds us to schedule our flu shots and let's I'd know when me Covid boosters are available without strong arming us in to taking them

Staff were efficient and helpful. I went in to inquire about a pneumonia vaxx that my doctor did not have in stock and CVS was able to administer it on site, no appointment needed. Vaxx specialist also set up the CVS health tracker on my phone so I could have ready access to my vaccination and prescription history.

If there is a negative star I would choose the slowest pharmacy ever mixed with poor customer service. We took our prescription to the pharmacy across the bridge.

I went to pick up my medicine for 3 months they gave me 30 tablets less and this time they told me 180 tablets but I open my medicine in front of them it was only 30 tablets in side the bottle I ask her how many tablets in side the bottle manager told me 180 and I told her it’s only 30 tablets inside if I did not check then what happen they told me you miss place your medicine because they told me same thing last time please make sure check your medicine before your left

MINUS STAR SERVICE.I just changed my pharmacy because of all pharmacy crew. Behaviour of every pharmacy technician and pharmacist was extremely rude. I was there to drop off my prescription and they didn’t even bother to take it. I asked 3-4 times excuses me after 15-20 minutes and pharmacy tech said very rudely we will be with you after this customer and she got back to her station after that customer and started eating her snacks on her station. Pharmacist even didn’t have a control over situation.Pathetic pharmacy team.

EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL customer service. As per my doctor office that recommended me to go there .. they were treated very rudely and even before finishing they just hung up on my doctors office.. I got there & the Technician was so irritate & unsympathetic.. she was on a warpath and had the attitude of if don’t like it go … she could NOT CARE LESS. If you want to experience DEGRADING & poor quality service & be talk down to definitely the place to visit to ruin your day. CVS Head Office I was there on 28 Jan between 10:30am -12:30 pm in the Drive Thru

ZERO STAR SERVICE !!Rude and totally non-empathetic staff. And the SYSTEM which THIS location follow for COVID testing Drive-Thru is so pathetic that my appointment was invalidated in spite of me arriving 10 minutes before my appointment schedule just because i preferred to do my Covid test procedure in parking lot to save the time of "STAFF" and the people waiting behind me in car queue. And this is the way followed at all locations too. when i returned to drop the test kit THE RESPECTED LADY pointed out at me with her pen and telling that my test in INVALIDATED.DEAR LADY AT THE WINDOW, APPOINTMENT TIME IS CLOCKED IN AS SOON THE CUSTOMER ARRIVES AND I WAS ON SCHEDULED TIME !!This is not the only rough encounter i and my family had with the STAFF at THIS location. It has happened EARLIER as well.. LESSON LEARNT Drive few miles instead of preferring THIS neighborhood location because anyways THE STAFF will waste your appointment, time, miles.

Got a PCR covid test here that came out false positive. I know it was false positive because I did 3 more PCR tests over the next 3 days that all came back negative. Whatever lab they use has no cross-contamination control. Don't get a test here unless you want to lose 4 days of your life like I did.

Drive-through staff seems to be getting worse....somewhat standoffish and you wait there forever for services..had to go inside the store cause it was taking them 10 years to fill one damn prescription..they need to hire more workers that know what the hell they are doing. The pharmacist also needs to learn how to talk to customers in a polite, professional manner..this is not your house lady.
