Very nice pharmacy and technicians. The technician who helped me was wear a scarf and I think she said her name is Fatima, I don’t remember her name exactly but she really helped me to finisher my covid test. It was my first time taking the test she first explained me and offered me a mask. Lovely attitude. Thank you

Would give negative 10, if possible.The pharmacist is very rude to customers. She has no patience and is dismissive to listening to problems or trying to find resolutions. Her tone and actions reflect her true self and she should not be working with customers.Many seniors and other customers do not have access to make online appointments and the pharmacy staff and CVS do not assist with making appointments. Myself and others have tried to call the vaccine line, only to be told they can't help or the wait is several hours.I understand that there is a limit, but CVS should be able to provide some to walk ins or call ins, for those with limited access to computers.The world is not a better place by becoming computerized. People are loosing their people person skills and it is hurting others. CVS should be there to help all and not just a select few.

The rudest pharmacy techs I’ve ever dealt with !!!! Went thru drive thru to just drop off a basic prescription & was behind a car for literally 20 min , the moment I pulled up they wouldn’t even see what I need , just kept repeating they were closed for lunch. I kept trying to ask when they would reopen and they wouldn’t even look at me just kept repeating how they’re close. Never dealt with such unprofessional people

Today, a technician by the name of Samir assisted me in the drive-thru. It was a very positive experience and he did his best to get me in and out quickly. Samir makes you feel like a member of the CVS family and has a significant impact on society. Thank you for making the drive-through a pleasant experience

The rudest and most unprofessional people. A rapid COVID test at the drive thru that should have only taken me 10 min max took about 45 min due to the incompetence that I experienced. The pharmacy technicians don’t know what they’re doing at all. The other staff at the counter and the pharmacist were condescending. Go to any other CVS than this one. It’s not worth your time to deal with anyone that works there.

I wish I could give zero stars -extremely rude employee in Pharmacy - Calling about my 93 year old father that hasn't had meds in 5 days - I tried to explained what the Dr's ofc stated and she keep cutting me off - she started screaming at me and I ask why is she screaming. She stated because I was screaming at her.. Untrue. What happened to customer service - This person was horrible. I have never experience such a rude individual.

I have had interactions with the pharmacist in charge at this CVS store a couple of times over the past 3 years. She is very unfriendly, impatient, dismissive and borders on being rude most times. I will no longer be patronizing this particular CVS.

Stephanie at this location was awful service today at the register. She got very upset because she had to check my stuff out, then proceeded to throw my products into the bag, making passive aggressive comments at me. Lol I guess I’d be bitter too if I was as old as her working at CVS. Would still do a better job tho. Speaking to manager/corporate soon.
