I have been recently speaking with a young lady by the name of "Merna" has a nasty disposition and always not fully checking patient meds.if they need a refill or when it's a due or just saying statements that is not true.I had been working on getting meds filled after they sent in a request I finally got in touch with a nurse to call it in."Merna" stated if it was before 12 it can be delivered..After nurse inform me that meds was called in and what was told to her.I called back to pharmacy "Merna" picks up and said only one med was called in and I asked the nurse never called in the others "Merna" stated No.(THIS IS DANGEROUS).Nurse had already told me what was said about the meds.That was not a true statement....Please in health care people need to know and take care of other people as if that was there own Family Member They Love.......Company's need to pay attention to the people they employ...Now with this the patient suffer another day without meds.and can possibly visit the hospital.For something that can be AVOIDED..This is Frustrating when you trying to Advocate for someone,I feel sorry for the people who do not have anyone for assistance.Especially when you doing everything they telling you to do..Jesus

DeliverIt is a great pharmacy. They have a new Pharmacist in charge by the name of Dr. Leo Le, PharmD. He is extremely knowledgeable regarding the medication he dispenses and really great at customer service. He is truly an asset to DeliverIt Pharmacy. Based on my interaction with Dr.Le and his staff I can highly recommend DeliverIt Pharmacy on West Airport in Sugar Land to my family and friends.

I'm so disappointed in this place where did all the good people go?! All new faces who knows nothing! Customer service went down and is now trash! They don't care about you as a customer only how much profit they can make from you through your prescription! If they're not making money from you then they don't want you as their customer! Back then if my husband copay was too high Liz or Razen would help find a coupon and if it's still too high Liz would call the dr to change the medication so I dont have to pay too much. Apparently doing that for the new people is too hard for them or they dont want to go that extra mile. Changing my pharmacy to the walmart across!!

My father-in-law takes Ozempic because he is diabetic and this place is the ONLY place that had it. He called them and they told him that they would not fill his prescription because they would “lose too much money” filling it through insurance. If he wanted to buy it outright, they would be happy to fill it, at $1,040 OR he could switch all of his medications to them and then they would fill it. Well he did just that and then they told him that they wouldn’t fill it because they would be losing too much money! This is absolutely disgusting and predatory. I hope you realize what you’ve done. You are going to be reported to insurance companies and the state for illegal practices. SHAME ON YOU!!

I'm accustomed to Liz aiding me and my family with all of our prescriptions. My mom only liked talking to her because she was the only person who spoke Vietnamese there. There is a noticeable difference now that she is no longer present. Liz's reputation was built on her ability to treat everyone, from employees to clients, with respect and dignity and open arms. Things have undergone changes since her departure.

Best pharmacy hands down. The customer service is exceptional here. Ms. Teisha took her time and explained to my mom about her medications and side effects, even made my mom laugh to cheer her up. I really appreciate it. She went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
