For the second time in a week I have visited the First Colony Store and had to utilize the customer service dept.There is a young Indian lady there name Shastia (not sure the name is spelled correctly). She never wears a name tag. Her attitude is deplorable. No greeting, no smile, just mad the two times I've encountered her, and complaining because she's working alone. And quick to tell you what she will not do, while walking away and not making eye contact with the customer. I even mentioned that I could be a mystery shopper. She walked away and left me standing there.My question...Is this how Dillards wants to berepresented?
