I came to get my tire fixed, and I dropped off my car everything was fine. About an hour later I get a phone call from discount and they said one of their "certified" employees hit my car with another customers car. WHILE PARKED!! They said they'll take care of it, and hopefully they do. Nonetheless that is unprofessional, aggravating, and just stupid on the "certified" employees part. After this I won't be coming back.

My tire light sign was on so I pulled into the Hwy 6 location right by home depot. I was surprised they actually have a lane designated strictly for tire inflation and check and guess what people it was done for free with great customer service attitude and attention. Safe to say next time I need to buy a tire I am dropping in. You guys keep up the great job.

I'm a loyal Costco girl, but their tire center has become way too busy and difficult to navigate! I heard good reviews about Discount Tire's service and maintenance, so I checked it out. I made an appointment for a next-day flat repair at 1:30 PM. Lilian checked out my car and made recommendations without upselling or pressuring me. I waited in a clean and spacious waiting room (with free WiFi!), and was shocked at how quick the turnaround was. On my way out, I realized something was wrong with my tire pressure sensors. Cody was amazing -- not only did he and his team repair the underlying problem, but they also noticed and fixed another issue for me along the way. I'm a convert!

Awesome service. I had a small nail in my car one of the tires, they inspected and told me it was just outside and hadn't damaged or reached an inside part of it. They helped me remove that free of cost.

ManThese guys do such a great job here! I have been buying tires for a long time, everywhere else you can think off. Online, Walmart costco Sams and also on your local-tire shop around the corner.But honestly, the Service you get here, doesn’t compare to anything I’ve seen Before ??In terms of prices, warranties and great Customer Service, no one can beat themAssistant manager, Patrick was not only a gentleman, but also took his time to hear my needs and accommodate my budget beyond my expectations ????I’ll continue to be a loyal customer. I had an appointment at 930 AM and my car was taken on time. The associate made recommendations because I needed an inspection but he did not pressure me or up sell which I appreciated. The price was reasonable (but I have no idea how much tires average) and I was done in less time than quoted. I even asked the women who brought my car out " do you all work for nascar" because that's how fast they were. The service I requested was 4 new tires and wiper replacement.

Shout out to Lady who checked me.The ETA she gave me was a bullseye and was very courteous,helpful from start to finish.Hats off to Cody as well in the way he handled a situation Today.He was very professional and well mild mannered while handling a woman who came in entitled with customers were ahead of her..Cody explained, empathized and acknowledged her situation but I guess we were all suppose to just let her be . Cody Sis show care and very nice.I have to throw this out here because good employees need to be shown the same manner of respect and appreciation we expect as customers.
