Dont do loan with them! Their Team is very slow to respond and do nothing to the case until deadline is really approching, I have been waiting for 87 days to be told they couldnt continue to process due to some problems. If they found in first 30 days, I still have time to fix it. Very unprofessional and careless to the Client...

Nice convenient location, friendly customer service, and barely ever a queue to wait behind. Whenever I used to go to Chase or Capital One, there would usually be long lines and it felt like a hassle. It's also very noticeable that Chase is downsizing their in-person customer support and closing down more and more brick and mortar locations making it inconvenient for certain issues. With that said though, their major drawback is online banking (with a business account). It's horrible! The sad part is that it's been poorly designed since they first introduced online banking when they were still called Metro Bank. They just can't seem to get it right, even after several iterations of updates. Navigating through the app is confusing and cumbersome. Even just to view your recent activities or statements is not intuitive.
