This place is trash. $150 for an arrangement that consisted of unripe melon and rotting strawberries. When I contacted them for a resolution to the matter, they never responded or reached out to me. Buyer beware. I don't know if it's just this location or if it's their entire company, but most of the things I've been hearing lately speak to the latter.

If your sign says you close at 6, please stay open until 6. I had to fight traffic from work to take my son to select a fruit basket for his teacher only to find the door locked at 5:53 p.m. I managed to write this review before 6

I was very disappointed coming into the store at 3 p.m. when you all close at 5 p.m. I was told nothing was available for purchase and that everything was already shut down. I don’t understand why I couldn’t purchase anything 2 hours before you closed.

We placed order for two baskets. We gave the baskets to our friends and they complained that the fruit was rotten . This is very embarrassing for us.Do not use them . The chocolate dipped fruit had rotten fruit.I called and talked to Sandi and said that I need full refund and a new set of two fruit baskets with no additional charges . she replied we can give refund only and nothing more and she hung the phone .

How do you have nothing available for purchase? If it’s 1:40 and you close at 2pm there should still be something for a customers to purchase.With a smile on your face you say we have nothing . Smh. Customer service is just out the window .

I wanted a living plant vs. flowers, and they were able to put together the perfect arrangement at a great price. The delivery was on time, and the arrangement really added to our special occasion.

I was on the receiving end of this experience: I was asked for my name, and once I verbally confirmed who I was, she placed it on the desk I was at with a smile. Service on her part was friendly and quick. (I'm a receptionist so of course there's a desk between us... anyways) The bouquet of fruit was protected by a clear wrap. Tied with pretty ribbon on top. The taste of the chocolate covered strawberries are... To. Die. For. I loved them so much -- each one was sweet and delicious. I could be bias since I love chocolate covered fruit. The melons tasted fresh, and so did the pineapples. It also came with a plush penguin, who is so soft!! I'm honestly probably too old for toys but this little guy is my new pillow during movie night at home (lol). The note on the card was cute as well... I had a positive experience receiving this as a surprise gift.
