Enterprise charged me an additional damage reimbursement fee even though I was assured both at pick up and drop off that there was no damage. Use other rental services instead. It's not worth the hassle of being taken advantage of.EDIT: I got help from Emma Devlin one of the managers at Enterprise, and she helped me refund the damage reimbursement fee. While I am happy with their prompt response and willingness to listen, I would still caution against going with a rental car company that throws these unexpected fees at you. This was unfortunate as I would've rated enterprise higher because the car experience itself was satisfactory.

This location is not for regular renters . They treat you poor compared to their private jet customers . 6 things went wrong during my rental and it was all because of data entry errors by the front desk. They never took responsibility to resolve it and i had to contact their corporate office.

I would give negative stars if I could. Their policy is to allow you to reserve a vehicle even though they don't keep that class of vehicle on-site. I reserved a full size 4 door truck to use until my new company truck was ready. When I arrived to pick it up, after a 40 minute Uber ride, I was told that the only thing they had was a Nissan Frontier. I called the Customer service number 5 times & was told that a corporate manager would call me back, that never happened either & this location never answers their phone. I recommend that you rent from one of the other companies. I will personally NEVER rent from Enterprise again!UPDATE: After responding to the response below saying they would like more information, I received an email response from Enterprise stating that I would get a call from the Regional Management, still nothing! I am done with Enterprise & recommend others stay away, they couldn't care less about customer service!

This branch does not give a damn thing about customers or existing rental contract agreement. My car was broken down last night. My case was escalated and prioritized. I was the first in line for the car exchange but they refused to honor exchange request. The employee does not have any responsibility for the contract agreement which they are supposed to be. They do not bother about your issue. They have car availability but they gave it a reservation instead of finding exchange and offering helps. I doubt this branch does work for Enterprise and concern anything about Enterprise customer.

Horrible experience!! Just called to ask one simple question.. if they had trucks there because I had a reservation. The Rudest person answered the phone!! She clearly does not want to be there!! Why have a person there that clearly does not want to be there!! Answered with sarcasm and attitude!! I called Tuesday the 30th at 12:00 pm. Check who was working.. I would not want that person working for my business. I’ve rented cars from this location before, but never again now and I will tell all my friends and family about this experience!! I’m so upset!!!

I have called them all day today and seems like they dont like to answer the phone. It just keeps ringing and ringing. If they dont want to deal with phone calls then dont have a phone ! Horrible Customer Service if there is one !

I have rented from Enterprise for all kinds of needs. Out of town visits, vacations, car wrecks and no matter what the occasion I'm treated with such amazing customer service. Mr. Will Tolbert is absolutely the best. He takes his job very seriously and he follows up every step of the way. Who texts a customer to check and see how the vehicle is performing; he does. There is a huge difference between customer service and customer experience and Mr. Will knows that difference. I AM AN ENTERPRISE CUSTOMER FOR LIFE AND no matter where Will goes he always has my business. Thank you Sir

I made a reservation verbally because I needed to confirm I could rent a Suburban or Yukon XL. I needed the cargo space to help my daughter move. I was assured that by driving to a location very far from my home, the correct car would be available. Imagine my surprise when I arrive and am told "We just sold that Suburban.We called you and left a message." Turns out they called, but DID NOT leave a message. If they had, I possibly could have found another vehicle somewhere else that fit my needs. Instead, I had to take a vehicle that was really too small. What else can I assume except they just really do not care at all about their customers? Sad. Especially since it seems like all car rental businesses have similar apathy.

The vehicles are quality, however the employee I spoke with was condensing and rude. Poor customer service. The manager was far more polite.

First time ever where my experience with Enterprise was horrible. I rented from the airport in sugarland tx. When I receive my car he just handed me the paper work and key and said have a nice day. He never walked out with me to go and check out the car. Once getting in the car it was dirty and not so clean. So we went on anyway. The next day the car wouldn’t start and we had to call roadside to get it started. We decided we didn’t want that car so we asked if we could trade it in, he said all he had was a minivan and he would let us have it for the same price. Received the mini van again he drove it up and said have a nice day. It was more dirtier than the first car, unbelievable. At this point renting a car was tasking a lot of time and ruining my vacation. I probably will just never rent from the Sugarland TX airport again.
