My experience at this location was very disappointing. I was scheduled by the insurance company to pick up a loaner vehicle, but upon arrival, I was told that providing my employer's information was mandatory to complete the rental.
When I asked for clarification, the staff stated it was company policy and explained that if the vehicle were stolen, my employer would be contacted. I found this reasoning to be both inappropriate and disrespectful. I had all the standard documentation ready—driver’s license, insurance, and credit card—yet I was denied the vehicle solely because I declined to share my employment details. I was even told I could visit another Enterprise location where this information might not be required, which only highlights the inconsistency in how policies are enforced.
From what I’ve reviewed on the Enterprise website’s Rental FAQ, there is no mention of employer information being required . To my understanding, such details are typically only requested for corporate accounts which was not the case here.
This was the first time I’ve ever been asked for such personal employment information, and the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly treated. I hope Enterprise will take this feedback seriously and work to ensure customers are treated with professionalism, consistency, and respect across all locations.

Branch Manager Trevor is an asset to Enterprise. Because of his personable personality and 5-star customer service, I am a loyal customer. I rent frequently due to business and Sugar Land Enterprise location is always my first choice.

I’ve rented from this location twice and both times they were super busy so I did spend a pretty lengthy time waiting for my vehicle; even with a prescheduled reservation. Bryce was awesome! Definitely went above and beyond to take care of me.

Very stupid service from enterprise. They have the holiday and charged me for that holiday as well despite me returning the vehicle one day before. That is very stupid from their end. Never going to choose enterprise again or will suggest my people not to choose it.

The car rental was great but the car wasn't 100%. It may be that Texas roads are really rough, or it may be that the cars don't have enough time between each car to be fully maintained. We as customers probably shouldn't expect like new vehicles every time but for the price we already have to pay it better be.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise for the first time, and it was fantastic. The staff was friendly and made the process easy and quick. The car was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for my needs. Returning the vehicle was hassle-free as well. Overall, a seamless and pleasant experience. Highly recommend!

Best service ever from check in to check out. Fast ,friendly service. Even refunded the fuel service option fee at checkout since it wasnt needed. Iwill be back. Additional shout put to Terry Mark II for his service along with the rest of the team in Sugarland.
