Came to make a return today and was quickly in and out. Even got a chance to try out a couple clothing items, no lines and customers were being checked out quickly. I’ll be back at this location for sure. Great customer service overall! My cashier was nice and cute, shout out to Ignacio!

Ignacio was very nice and friendly. I went in a few days ago and I wasn’t really sure what I wanted to buy when coming in, but he approached me and ended up helping me pick out exactly what I wanted. Anytime that I return Ill make sure to ask if he’s here to help me out. Overall, the store is nice and clean.

Really bad customer service, couldn't even pick up the phone to check if they had a certain item instead of making the drive to see if they have it or not

The two young men Shayan & Ryan were so helpful at the checkout. Sam and Mailin (I think that’s how you spell it) are wonderful managers. They took their time helping my wife and I find some outfits. Sam even helped me save 20% off applying for the credit card. We need more people like them working in this location.

Rudest workers. Every single one. I’m not big on costumer service but when I’m standing right in front of you and your just talking and not acknowledging that I’m there is beyond rude. All of them are just playing, dancing and talking. I had to wait for them to finish their conversation for them to do their job, seriously who hired them. Express do better. Also open more dressing rooms!!!

Very Very rude custmor service and manager i have ever metHer attitude is always top, no respectI went there to pick up my order and when i reach there no one was on the counter then i call one of the new joinee came and she asked three times on which name is my order then she took almost 15 mins to search my order and when i checked the size was big and i asked to exchange she called manager and the story begin beacsuse she has no respect at all for her custmorAt the end i came back without exchange

Old hispanic lady at the check out was extremely rude. She yelled at me. I am never shopping at Express again.I hope Express takes this seriously or they will loose customers every day.

Extremely rude and terrible customer service. The old hispanic lady at the checkout was Extremely rude and disrespectful.I went in for a return, following the exact instructions as mentioned on the Email and return receipt, she denied taking my return. Upon showing her the instructions on the express Email she rudely said "She does not care what it says on the Email". She even rudely yelled at me "I don't care if you ever come back or not".Not sure how express trains their staff to be this rude and not follow and agree to the instructions mentioned on the email. I am never shopping express again. Rude and disrespect staff.

Very poor services. I have spend exact one hour to billed my items because the lady who was billing was busy to taking someone outside the counter. I was in the store with my two toddler and they were crying bt she was not listening. At the end when she did my billed she forget to remove the security alarms from my dress and again i had to go inside because they were not caring if its beepingI will never go back to the storeI am shopping at express from last eight years and never had issues before but the lady who is at counter is super rude

The worst experience ever. I drove from across town to return items within the time frame and because the store manager was not knowledgeable about how to problem solve the issue, sent me on my way, with little to no concern that I was left hanging.I immediately called customer service because in almost over 30 years NEVER had an issue returning anything to EXpress. I've given the company thousands and thousands of dollars, so this is pretty ridiculous.I had to go to another location in the Galleria where the VERY competent manager solved my issue and returned my items ( without the case number that was issued).I use to manage The Gap, so I know customer service very well. If the manager at First Colony has issues in the future, he needs to call customer service- THEY CAN HELP YOU HELP THE PEOPLE WHO PAY YOUR BILLS (CUSTOMERS)!

Lots of employees standing around with iPads. No one focusing on helping the customers. Long lines. The store is crammed full and not very well organized. Zero help in the fitting room. I would have spent more money but the lack of service really kills the experience. Employees appear to be tired or bothered by it all.Went down the road to WHBM and received top notch service where the sales person was solely focused on my experience. Made a big difference. I was in and out in 20 min and took all their suggestions spending lots of money. I’ll still return to express, I just know with this one particularly the work is on me to get the job done.

My store experience was phenomenal! I needed minimal assistance while shopping because I knew exactly what I wanted. At the register, I was assisted by an associate, Calvin A. He was so pleasant and engaging. His personality and customer service was stellar. He politely exchanged my double breasted blazer to the correct size and guess what else..... provided me with a suit cover bag!!! I was estastic with the gesture, because the original store I purchased from never offered or provided! I'm not a frequent shopper at First Colony Mall, but Calvin would be a reason to return and shop at the Sugarland location.

Poor customer service. Employee did not know online return procedures. Wasn't courteous. With this experience they lost a customer for life.
