We love our custom gold Acrylic logo within our Cafe. Chris was attentive to our needs and requests. Mock up, Production, and Installation was quick- They were true to their timeline. I love working with local Sugar Land & Stafford businesses, and would call Chris again for other marketing projects (once my boss gives me new budget) and would definitely recommend other ppl to call Chris.

The worst experience I’ve ever had. Chris the manager and the lady above home were just of no help at all!!
I’ve used them for all my signs but the one on the street was and is horrible. You can’t even see what business it is. They didn’t advise or recommend anything that would help my sign stand out. I sent them my logo and that’s it.
When they put it up it doesn’t even show. I paid no mind as I was busy being a business owner during the pandemic.
The more I looked at the sign the more I noticed that IT DOES NOT SHOW.
My original logo is black background.
I’ll post pictures for reference on the old sign and current sign which is still bad!
It’s all jumbled up words. Still can’t be seen from the street or even looking out my window. I asked to change it and they want to charge another $150 on top of spending another $400+ to create a new sign which I should’ve even gotten a discount for “they were doing me a favor by not charging me a reinstallation fee” really??? I shouldn’t have paid this second time at the poor job that was done. The arguing they did with me and talking over me etc.. was absolutely ridiculous. The dishonesty of saying that “it shows from the street” is just like they say that about all their signs. Here…see for yourselves.
