  Yesterday, I called and Mr. . Anthony responded very respectfully on the phone. When I walked in later to get a copy, Mr. Michael helped me. He was not just helpful and respectful but also very courteous. He not only did the copy but also trimmed the edges and went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer. I recommend this location for all of your printing and mailing needs.Thanks so much Mr. Michael.👍

  Excellent service! I went to laminate a document, since I walked in, different personnel greeted me and offered help. When I was in line to pay, Ms. Chandra offered me to help me at a different register; after several minutes of unsuccessfully trying to login to the computer, she kindly told me that she wouldn’t charge me for the lamination, because it took too long. She was polite and courteous. I appreciate your service!

  Chandra and Anthony delivered outstanding customer service to me today. I had a small but very important print job of programs for a family funeral. Chandra went beyond and helped me clean up the Word document and made the finished product beautiful with high quality paper. Chandra has a passion for people and delivering exemplary service even in the midst of being extremely busy.   FedEx Customer Service: Rude, Rushed, and Absolutely Useless
  
  I called FedEx hoping to get some quick info about printing and laminating. They picked up right away, and for a second I thought, Wow, maybe this won’t be a nightmare. I was wrong.
  
  From the second the employee answered, they made it very clear I was an inconvenience. No greeting, no “how can I help you”—just attitude. I asked if they could help with printing and laminating, and instead of answering like a normal business, I got hit with, “Well we close at 8.” Okay?? It's 6:30. What does that have to do with anything?
  
  I kept trying to ask simple, direct questions: What file types they accept, how long it takes, can I email it in advance. Every response was dripping with passive-aggressive energy, as if I was personally ruining their evening. “We close at 8,” they repeated, like a broken record, like that somehow excused the complete lack of customer service.
  
  They didn’t offer solutions. They didn’t even pretend to care. It was obvious they just wanted to hang up and go back to doing absolutely nothing. I hung up, annoyed and still without answers, and went to a local print shop instead—got everything done in 10 minutes by someone who actually had a pulse and a clue.
  
  FedEx, if your staff is this rude before I even walk in, why would I ever trust you with a print job? You’re not the only game in town, and after that phone call, you’re definitely not getting my business.

  I get specialty labels printed here once a month. I have tried other locations but this location always gets it right. Vanessa is top tier in her customer service.

  Bad service, was trying to mail something with a return mail envelope and they told me I have to have an account #?????? Will not use fedex again
