Associate “LaRoya’s” customer service is very bad, very rude, She doesn’t say please or thank you. She talks 1 tone straight like an army general and we are her slaves or made her work hard without pay.

on 7/23/25 I went to that location. The Assistant Manager was outstanding, he was very helpful and really tried every possible way to ship my complex package. The assistant manager was very pleasant and he truly cares about representing the Fedex well.

Had to make some Large copies of a Family Coat of Arms on Parchment Paper from Ireland, which I had just Returned from...
Lance took the Task in hand and made sure NOT to destroy or corrupt Original.
5 Copies made to Perfection!!!
Also, needed Protective Mailing Tubes for Protection of Copies.
Once again, problem Solved 110%!!!

I pass multiple FedEx locations just to come to this one — and it’s 100% because of the staff. Tiffany, Laroya, Cedric and the entire team are always professional, kind, and go above and beyond every single time I’m here.
I run a business and often need custom printing and help with packages — and they never make me feel like a burden. Even when the line is long or people are impatient, they stay calm, respectful, and helpful. It’s rare to find a team that shows up with both patience and personality — but they do it, every time.
They deserve more recognition than they get. This location is a gem — not just because of the services, but because of the people who make it run.

Other reviews are correct, genuinely unpleasant customer service. Tried to put all blame on the drivers when a package was returned to sender, only begrudgingly helped to resolve it after I complained for an extended time. They then tried to blame me for mislabeling the package. Go to a different store.

Customer service is horrible! I have been there several times and they were very helpful, went in today and no other customers were there yet the lady working clearly did not want to help. She had a total attitude and acted as if I was bothering her by asking a question. Took my business elsewhere.

No star if possible, poor or no customer service at all… avoid this shop if you need some print jobs, printers are out of ink or not working properly and ignoring customer that needs assistance is their best.

Zero customer service skills and no work ethics. I was there to print shipping labels and drop off 2 packages. There was a customer already at the self-serve station, so I walked up to the counter for help as the employee does it a lot faster.
The lady inside the counter was chatting with another employee. This lady asked me if I need help. I said, 'can you print the labels for me? There is one customer at the self-serve'. She immediately said 'No (firmly), you need to line up there behind him and print on your own. I can show you.' She managed to walk out the counter half way, stopped, turned her head, and continued the conversation with the other employee. She never came to me. I did not need her help anyways as I done the self-serve before.
Her attitude and the lack of basic understanding and training in the service industry, it irritated me very much.
I will be more than happy to take my business to UPS locations which scan and print for me. I always can go in and out in less than 1-2 mins in UPS locations (for the reference, I may be slow, but it takes me 4-5 mins to ship 4-5 packages at the self-serve in FedEx).

I need to ship a document to HK using a HK company’s A/R account. The other FedEx offices
couldn’t do it until I came here. The staff here is so helpful and understands the international business well, and was able to help me right away.
