I have dropped a package at this office several times and the experience has always been great. The drop-off process is smooth and effective (there is also a drop-off machine now up front for self-service and it works great). The associates were friendly, greeted customers, and offered help when I came in.

I had a simple yet great experience today 7.7.25. 2 great young ladies. Printed my return and prepaid postage from a forwarded email. Nothing fancy, just perfection and kind friendly treatment.

Where does this fed-ex find so many great employees!?!?
I’m serious! Everytime I go in they are nicer to me than my grandma!
Today an employee named “Best” helped me. And folks…. This guy is the BEST.
They can make every photo you can imagine here. They have SUPER FAST drop offs and they can print up a large jumbo sheet the size of a COUNTRY MILE in a jiffy!
The manager at this location is always helping.
I was on crutches today and these folks were sprinting to open the door.
The best fed-ex is this fed-ex
The people with bad reviews on this location are more mad that they can’t get 4 cent prints. Paper and ink ain’t free, folks.

I was here at 6:20 PM to print blueprints, but Sydney said, “Sorry, I can’t do it.” There isn’t even a disclaimer stating that printing is unavailable after 6 PM. Employees should ensure they provide service until the end of business hours.

I’m in here at least once a week to ship things for my job. Rarely do I come in with less than 5-10+ shipments at a time and everyone is always so fast, friendly, and professional. This is my number one location to go to because I know it will always be done right
