Probably one of the if not the worst experience I have had everyone was not helpful or knowledgeable and didn’t even give me the time of day I spent over and hour and half just trying to do basic stuff with my account if my company didn’t go threw this poor Excuse of a company I wouldn’t not have wasted my time here go to a different location if you can also loved watching them text as I needed help professional as ever

Horrible horrible service. 6 phone calls and I get different info. Finally promised my check will arrive, only to be told the day it was to arrive that the last advisor was wrong and it will be a few more days. Had already booked airfare and hotel reservations to meet with new brokerage company and have to cancel and I have lost all my non-refundable code. They don't care once you try to remove your money. Seriously crappy customer service

Utterly incompetent boobs. I can manage my investments way better than the people. Tried to set up after hours trading... wanted to make a trade. Boobs left me on hold for over an hour!! Total schmucks

Today I when by here because I had to do some OTC business. The employee had no VIRUS PROTECTION ON!!!! Is anyone at Fidelity HQ watching the news????!!!!! This is very serious people. Help these young people doing these jobs. We are all at risk of death!!!!!

I wish I could give zero stars. I have called several times to make an appointment to see David Phillips. Someone by the name of Greg answers the phone and tells me that David will return my phone call. Still waiting after 3 weeks.

I have had my investments with fidelity for years. I was getting ready to retire and decided to use the Sugar Land Office as it was closer to home. The move was a big mistake. The office is to buzy to even talk to you? I had transferred some IRAS and they sat in cash for over 6 months. I don't how much money you need to have someone talk to you but it must be more than 2M. I finally had to move to another institution still trying to get all my investments out.

I spent more than an hour on the phone with Fidelity's customer service department without being able to resolve a problem on my account. A visit to this location got the matter completely resolved in less than 20 minutes. The staff here was courteous and professional.

We walked in and instead of being greeted the front desk gentlemen walked away from the desk and left us just standing there as the other front desk lady was helping someone else. Then, another customer walked in and she greeted him as if we were purposely being ignored. At that point, we just left. We will not return this location.
