My boyfriend bought a ring from this store two weeks ago exactly to propose to me and he notice that the center stone was moving so he wanted to return it but they told him that because he removed the tag (he still has the tag just took it off the ring) he couldn't return unless he bought a 300 dollar warranty to return the ring and he wouldn't get those 300 dollars back. I don't understand how they can sale defective things to people and not take it back he said he couldn't do the proposal when he wanted to because of all the trouble he was going through with the ring. Now we are stuck with this expensive ring that has issues

Called 10 times. Constantly hung up on. Noone willing to help me see if they had a shoe i was looking for. Finish line is the worst shoe store i have ever been to.

I ordered online many items that I needed to try on (bras) to get the right one that fits well. Due to Covid, I limit my in person shopping. After spending $250.00 I tried on the items and then went on Thursday, April 8, 2021 TO THE STORE to do my returns and get my credit. ($188.00) Well, I thought that was that until I still hadn't had the money put back into my account. (I used a debit card). I have called over and over to get help and I cannot. I am put on hold for 27 minutes, then 17 minutes, and they hope I hang up. What they are telling me is that they have 7-10 days to put the money back into my account!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL????? NO WHERE when you shop online does it tell you they keep your money for that long?!?!?!? I can go to Venmo, or PayPal and immediately send or refund money and it goes into your account immediately, 24/7!! BUT Macy's is KEEPING OUR MONEY and USING OUR MONEY to make INTEREST on while holding it!!!! I can go to TJ Maxx, Marshalls, Walmart, etc., and NOT have them hold my money and they immediately refund to your account. This is a horrible business practice and I KNOW they WILL go out of business. Trust me, I worked in Business Analysis for Dun & Bradstreet. They will be going out of business soon with these practices.

Was there last night and requested to leave my packages at the customer service desk while I moved my car closer the items were to heavy for me to carry through the mall. The supervisor Emily told me no and to go ask someone at a register if I could leave them there. I told her no I wasn't doing that because all the lines were long. This was not my first interaction with Emily. Emily does not know what customer service is and she does does not understand that customer service is what keeps people coming back!

I love shopping here because they always have great sales. You literally could get the whole family's Xmas list from here with the different name brands. My favorite time of year if the 15% of cosmetics and that even includes Chanel cosmetics!! Amazing Xmas gifts.

I can't comment on how others have experienced at this location but I've had nothing but a good experience every time I come here because it's close to me and convenient. Here is why I like this place, the people are personable and sometime when I walk in they greet and have a conversation with us just catching up and not selling anything to us. There's a connection with the departments we go to. The staff has been nothing but friendly and very helpful, this is from shoes, kids, cosmetics, sunglasses hut, lens crafters, the service desk and change rooms. Grant it that the selection is not as great as memorial or the galleria as those locations are bigger but I like coming here. Also, here's a tip. If you're a platinum member, for some reason I get free starbucks drinks if you use the macy's app everyday. YES EVERYDAY! you get one coupon that expires on the day of but you get a new one the very next day for a any tall drink with no purchases necessary. check it out.

I really expected more for from Macy's. Took my kids into the dressing room and it was disgusting. Blood on the wall. Tried to not imagine where it came from. Tons of clothes needing to but put away in there too. The only reason why I gave it 1 star instead of zero is 1. Because I have to and 2. Because they had more plus sized girls clothing than any other store I tried today. Super disappointed with their store presentation.

My whole experience was racist I go to the restroom upstairs and once I'm inside I hear on the intercom saying check the upstairs ladies restroom what's the odds of that definitely never going back to this Macy's again
