My boys did a Jr. Pottery Wheel class. They both loved it. The instructor was very supportive when my younger son struggled. They were very encouraging and both ended up with cool looking pots.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Fire It Up Pottery & Art Studio in Sugar Land, and I must say, it was an amazing experience. This was such a fun experience. I attended with my son, and we both made four ornaments. Lottie was very clear with her instructions, kind and patient. I highly recommend this business and this particular activity. TOTALLY AWESOME!!!I picked up our ornaments yesterday and was so pleased. We also made the Christmas nativity scene and thoroughly enjoyed that activity as well. I think Fire It Up Pottery & Art Studio is going to become a holiday tradition for us. And of course I hope to be able to attend several more classes during 2024. BTW - I heard that they will be having a Nativity Scene class in July. Not only is the class so much fun, but the end products make great gifts!

I always have a good time in a class at Fire It Up. Lottie and her staff do a good job of teaching the project and helping in a positive manner.

We love Fire It Up. We have gone for years and done pottery painting and glass fusing many times and finally tried the pottery wheel as a birthday gift for my daughter. Always a great experience and the owner and staff are so helpful.

First time doing something like this. The owner and rest of her staff was all VERY helpful, went in with my partner, and two young kids. They showed us around and helped us with all the tools we needed to create our artwork. The price was decent ,and the selection of pieces they had to paint was really good.I will definitely be coming back again,it was something very fun and relaxing to do on a Saturday and I can’t wait to pick up my new coffee mug that I know will be BEAUTIFUL and I will cherish forever.

First and last time here, almost 2 weeks and we still haven’t received a phone call on 6 of my pieces being ready or that it’s not ready. I have called numerous times to get an update all I got were excuses or we are closed Monday that’s what your pieces aren’t ready. This phone call was already a week later from when I went and it was the following Tuesday because they were open. Customer service is terrible, on the phone they can’t find the pieces they kept asking for description. It’s unprofessional and I am very annoyed of this establishment.

We dropped in to make some fused glass pieces. It was so much fun! So cool to learn a new craft without buying all the supplies. The owner was very helpful and showed us all the tips and tricks. Plus the pieces turned out beautiful! Such an awesome experience. This is a must do for anyone in the Houston area who likes crafts. Also they’re a small business with very reasonable prices. Will definitely be going back.

Went for one time pottery wheel then after we stayed and painted pottery from their premade pieces on the shelf. Their services seemed to be reasonably priced. Initially the woman at the counter seemed confused about checking our reservations since the system seemed disorganized. She was kinda rude when we arrived early to the appointment. I did the pottery wheel and had a good time but I was not once asked my name to ensure I had purchased tickets online. I think a different system would make lines go faster and ease confusion. The only reason I’m not rating the experience 5 stars is I watched the woman behind the counter get angry with customers twice and her team three times. Seemed a bit unprofessional.

I hate that I am having to resort to this because the lady that helped us there, I believe was the owner, and she was very helpful and friendly while there. However, the follow up has been awful. I had impressions of my daughter hands and feet done at the end of JANUARY. They told me it would take 2-3 weeks for those to be ready for pick up. It is now the end of March. I called two weeks ago to check the status and they said they were holding it for me in case I wanted to come in and paint it. I didn't even know that was an option, but no one called to let me know that it was even ready for me to come in and paint if I wanted. I told them no I don't want to paint it. I would just take it as is and they said it would be another week. Here we are two weeks later with no call or email to confirm it is ready. The process that should have take 2-3 weeks from what I was told has now gone on for 2 months with no product in hand yet. This was meant to be a birthday present for my husband in February. I really just want to know where the impressions are as her feet and hands will never be that little again, so it's not like I can remake it.
