Wow!!! I want to give a huge shout-out to the team at Firestone Complete Auto Care at 1030 Eldridge Rd, Sugar Land, TX for their outstanding customer service and fast turnaround. We experienced a major tire issue during a long trip and had to make an unexpected stop—but this team went above and beyond.
I highly recommend the Firestone management team recognize personal at this location for their excellent service. They truly saved the day for us!

I need new tires because this store has been cheating me when I requested a tire rotation during regular maintenance.
I started noticing a pattern between my invoices and the recommended services. I typically have this store do my oil changes and tire rotations because I bought my tires and the lifetime alignment package from them. But after I noticed they left my car leaking oil from both the filter and the drain plug, I stopped having them do my oil changes and started doing them myself. After completing an oil change at home, I would take the car to this store for a tire rotation. This happened for a few visits, until they eventually recommended replacing my front two tires due to uneven edge wear.
How could the edge wear be this bad if this store was actually rotating my tires and doing the alignments?
Lately, I’ve been busy with work and needed to get both an oil change and a tire rotation, so I went back to this store. However, since I had already been suspicious that the tires weren’t being rotated — especially after the service advisor recommended replacing just the front two — I decided to test it. I painted the inside of the valve caps on the front tires before my appointment. After the service was completed, I checked the front tires — the painted caps were still there. This confirmed my suspicion: my tires had not been rotated.
When I confronted who appeared to be the manager (a young woman working on 5/12/25 around 6:50 PM), she had a technician (a heavyset young man, also working at that time) rotate the tires after a short back-and-forth. The tech tried explaining the front tire wear by saying my car is front-wheel drive. I understand that. What I don’t understand is how the front tires are so unevenly worn — enough to need replacement — if this store has been doing all of my tire rotations and alignments.
Free tire rotations are included in the warranty from when I bought the tires. This is not just a service issue — it’s an integrity issue. I no longer trust this Firestone location, and if this is not addressed, I cannot in good faith recommend Firestone to my family or friends.

Walked in and waited 5 min. Did not get greeted even tho I made eye contact with an employee. Clearly they don’t care about customer service. Walked out and took my business elsewhere.

Made an appointment to get my car alignment online the day before. I came in 5 minutes before my appointment and my car was promptly driven into the garage after reviewing some information and signing. I was in and out under an hour. I am very impressed because many places do not take appointments seriously.

They charged me a ridiculously expensive $115 (total with very expensive oil change $290) for a diagnosis that at the end of the day they only told me that it was something with the engine and that I had to open it to know what it was. What kind of diagnosis is that? Obviously even I know that and I'm not a mechanic, those who did the service for me are a scam. I will never bring my car there again. Service Advisor: 9 TYRIN

Truck pulling to the right, had alignment check. Instead of letting me know that alignment was not the issue according to the diagnosis sheet the went ahead tweek it from .04 to .00, charge $205. After not feeling safe while driving with the same hour decided to take my truck elsewhere. The passenger side front tire on the inside was separating hence truck pulling to the right. Firestone, not good business, yes, life time alignment however not happy customer.
