“Honesty” is something you cannot expect from Firestone.
On May 26th I took my car to 3815 Highway 6
Sugar Land, TX 77478 for oil change, after draining the oil I was told that the drain plug cannot be tightened and you need to replace the oil pan for about $900.
The oil change for this car had been done by Firestone for years and the drain plug was overtightened or Cross-Treaded by Firestone but they didn't accept the responsibility of what they had done and keep saying it is normal over the time. I have never had any leakage from oil pan for years
definitely I don’t go there anymore and wont recommend it at all

Just asked for an oil change. Instead they ran a full diagnostic which I didn't ask for. Only to be charged 400. Scam.

I have been here for years and used to trust them 100% with taking care of my car. Recently, I came in for an new tires x4, oil change and an alignment, and I was left very disappointed. My car was vibrating after the new tires were put on and the Alignment service was done.
Made another appointment for them to check. After an hour, they didn’t say much and just give me some paper with yellow highlights to show that the work was checked again. Well, my car stills had problems with the front wheels, and I have not had time again to bring it back in to get it re-checked for the THIRD time.
Also to note: The oil change reminder sticker was miscalculated to have you come back 2K miles sooner than you need to. PLEASE make sure to check your reminder sticker.

Had to go back a second time to get my car's alignment redone, as my steering wheel was still crooked. Guy said it would take about an hour, but my car didn't even go onto the alignment rack until 2-2.5 hours later. I spent over 3 hours there when I should not have even had to go back in the first place. After the alignment was done, my steering wheel was better but not completely straight. What a waste of over 3 hours when I could have been doing plenty of other things.

I had a tire that was going flat as I was travelling south on St. Hwy 6 in Sugar Land. The first tire store I saw was Firestone. I pulled in and was met immediately by Oscar. He was very friendly and immediately went outside to look at my truck. He showed me where a piece of metal was imbedded in the tread and I was told that it could not be patched. They had the same tire and size in stock and told me they would get right on it. In a short 30 minutes, I was back on the road with a new tire. I would recommend them to anyone in Sugar Land.
