I am renting a 10 X15 ft storage at this location. From the start Joyce who works there made me feel very comfortable in choosing this location. Yesterday, I was not aware that it was her time to go home. I needed some help and she took her time to help assist me. This the the kind of representative I wanted to work with. Great customer service!

The owner takes good care of this facility. I saw a broken elevator when I first got my unit and it was repaired shortly after. Same with the back door.

We have rented storage space at First Colony Self Storage on several occasions; we have always been pleased which is why we return.return. We chose First Colony Storage for several reasons: the facility itself, the local management, and the cost. The facility can't be beat; it has a great, convenient location - easily accessible; it is spotlessly clean; and the climate control and environmental control are excellent. We have never had a problem caused by temperature, humidity, or other environmental issue, including insects. The local staff is wonderful; Nancy and Robert are pleasant, sociable and caring. Working with them is like working with friends or family. You can see that they truly care for their customers and the facility. They treat it like their home - because it is. The cost for the storage units is reasonable and they are a great value.
